I dunno if this is a coincidence or not, but keep an eye on your youtube recommended if you watch a lot of bodycams, they may have started rolling out changes to de-prioritize bodycams on recommended. There seems to have been a minor push recently in media to poo-poo bodycams in the last few days, and youtube is nothing if not obnoxiously responsive to pressure.

For context, I have reasons to use the youtube app on a cable box which I refuse to sign into to more effectively personalize the recommendations based on prior history, and even so, my usually recommended for months has been bodycams, chases, and a bit of exploration/speedrunning/Matt's Off Road Recovery. This does occasionally reset, I've seen that happen once before over the years, but not often, and usually it is a hard reset, so it's all the most vapid high view content imaginable until I'd search up some of my usual content and it pretty quickly populates the way I expect.

This morning, I find the recommended has the MORR/speedrunning/exploration but where the bodycam and chase videos once were, it's like they took a generic recommended and placed that content there instead, but it's also not a complete reset because I'm seeing smaller channels that otherwise wouldn't be on a hard reset recommended page.

Anyway keep an eye out, hopefully it's a jeet based algorithmic flub or something more mundane, but it might not be.

Easily one of the funniest ones I've seen in a while.

Drunk spic gets pulled over. Speaks English no problem. The moment the officer starts the eye test, she immediately claims that she no longer speaks English and she needs a translator. She very quickly realizes she just fucked herself because now she has to stand in the cold for way longer as a Spanish speaking officer now has to drive there, so she flaps her coat pockets around, claims to be dying, and when she gets ignored, flops on the ground for a little while before standing up and ranting, all in English.

That took place in Kewanee, Illinois. Peaceandquiet.io had no demographics data, but from secondary research it looks like it scores a "peaceful" on the PQ scale and is ~80% white. It is a decent distance from hellholes that drop to a 0 on the PQ index so I imagine with its 10.000 people it is an oasis of tranquility compared to Chiraq.

Overall a hilarious video. Arguing and catching a felony over a single dollar while buying gas station pizza is the epitome of a nigga moment. This is not just based on their skin color, but their actions and outlook on life. I have no doubt they will be let out with time served and the process will repeat.
 
New EWU Bodycam drop. The title was originally Street Racer Realizes He Ripped a Cop's Legs Off and that is exactly what happened.

- 19 year old Hispanic baits cops to chase him so he can win a $2000 bet against his (not fully paid off) dodge challenger
- Hits a cop square on at >100 mph, severing one of his legs completely and macerating the other.
- Cop is fully conscious and able to joke and give orders while face down on the highway. He pulls through, but loses both legs.
- A YN witnesses the accident and is completely traumatized

Great video, but genuinely MATI after watching that. The kid got 22 years and thankfully the cop got prosthetics and was back to work after a year.
In the interview the kid cared about as much for his car as he did for crippling a person for life that he knew from previous encounters.

The incident was in Montgomery County, Maryland

I hate bystanders that love to instigate and play armchair judge against cops AFTER the fact. "That man" had 11 warrants, went on a life threatening high speed chase, and son of a bitch bald white guy wants to cry about cops clearing space on a public roadway.

So 2.5 years for multiple felonies and misdemeanors. Better than nothing but at least they didn't just drop the charges.

Watch as retards like this are the reason all future cars are legally mandated to have a remote control shutoff and telemetry system that cops can get a warrant to access. "Think of the children bystanders killed by fleeing drivers!".
This chase went on for 52 miles, took 5 separate departments and only stopped because the vehicle finally gave up.

It never ceases to amaze me just how fast armoured cars can go despite their weight - that MRAP leading the way was hauling some serious ass! We don't really have anything like this in the UK, with the exception of the Met's Jankels and Plasan SandCats, which are essentially heavily modified Ford F-Series trucks, so watching heavy equipment in action in the States to go after equally heavy opponents is definitely very interesting.
