Only the institutions can reform themselves

This is a situation you see play out frequently, like it recently happened in Argentina, Brazil, and Poland, that you have some activist judges that stop the entire system

Poland and Argentina just did the needful and withstood the bitching. Brazil wrote warrants for their former conservative president and kept trying to snatch him out of a hospital. South Korea also just convicted their former conservative president

I didn't say that. Roughly 150 billion dollars was derived from these tariffs and goodness knows where that money went, it's not like anyone will investigate it. What I'm saying is when it comes to politics you are dealing with awful people seeking the best ways to manipulate and maximize profit from whatever systems they have control over. Even these protectionist tariffs were not some ultra-good obvious solution "Everyone wins!" thing.
