Our entire economic system is built around short term numbers to make retards feel good without any regard for long term prospects. You dont feel inflation from one day to the next, unless there is an extreme change, and even then people complain and quickly move on. We're boiling frogs in water but that will never change because we're forever trapped by the whims of low time preference mongoloids, and people who realize they can abuse their ignorance to make a quick buck.

if the court proclaims one rule and the president proclaims another, whom will the institutions that actually run and implement these things obey?
in case of tariffs, whatever agency is tasked with collecting them, will they continue doing so or will they say "court said it's invalid so we're no longer enforcing it"?

I’m gonna just note that you had to put broken smartphone instead of a regular one, nevermind the fact that if something is made my human hands, then it can be figured out. Never underestimate what a person can do if they have the intelligence to understand the idea of complex processes.

We can take an Ancient Roman Middle-Upperclassman and show them how to operate most machinery and technology, and they’d get it.

Several people in history theorized ideas of advanced communication like what we have today. They just lacked the knowledge we have now and they knew it. Give people with those kinds of minds an object to put physical form to the idea in their mind and they will take off, broken or not.
