The problem with Fatpacks is that his posting can be a bit and not a bit. It's Poe's Law manifest.

The general thrust is that liberals can and will do anything to destroy the country, which is fundamentally a true assessment. Technically what he says is a reasonable extrapolation from the understanding that leftists are fundamentally evil creatures.
 
The dumb thing is that like I predicted, Trump was way more likely to cuck out on Birthright citizenship than taking his favorite toy away. Taking his favorite toy away first means he is more likely to go full Jackson.

The court is actually in a REALLY bad spot culturally. The left has made it clear they give no fucks what it rules if it gets in their way. They have made it clear they will make it a rubber stamp machine that guarantees it loses all legitimacy as a cultural institution. It only takes 1 generation to decide that no courts are actually fake and gay, and suddenly nobody cares if the president ignores the court, they only have their power as is because the boomers think courts matter.

The right is what has been propping them up as a force, the right is the one who likes tradition and rule of law, and the right is very close to deciding that no courts are fake and gay too. Once that happens, nobody is gonna care when a politician (left or right) flat out says they are gonna not listen to the courts and listen to you, the people.
 
Trump not mentioning refunds is a great move. It shows the absurdity of the courts ruling and if they want a refund it forces them to state it and them come up the details showing how they are acting above their power. If they try to force refunds without specific fund they should come from Trump should pay it out of the Supreme courts security budget.

I've always been fairly right but I've also always said fuck the courts. They should be able to be overridden somehow by the other 2 branches if fully united. This is a bad legacy. They've always had the final say which breaks checks and balances in the end often.

The secret gotcha, is that AKHTUALLY legal 100 percent legit truth is that Trump could offer a blanket pardon to anyone who puts a bullet in a judges head as long as it was in DC, and the only constitutional remedy to that is impeachment. DC is federal territory and he can pardon any crime that happens there. He can also invite people to do said crime, and offer a pardon. And once again its the political process that is allowed to punish him, not the judicial one. And there is a very strong legal argument the pardon still is in effect even after they impeach him over it.

The entire judiciary is a house of cards that only exists because people agree to it. Even the RINOs would be like "yeah we aint paying back 1 trillion dollars, you can tell em to get fucked".

This was the most insane move possible now. I think this is just his way of retiring. I'm a bit worried that Talarico is doing well, but if Paxton wins that'll be a MASSIVE improvement even though he's a bit of a crook. He fucking hates pajeets.

I'm just waiting for Judge White Woman to be the deciding favor in ensuring anchor babies are American citizens. If I were the Democrats I would be whipping my Epsteins into ensuring the Supreme Court is persuaded to vote on that, it would be the single biggest blow to Trump possible.
