Can you imagine being that kid's parent? Your kid gets their first job and a good chunk of their pay is being spent to support a grown man who routinely tells your kid that he'll be out on the street if people don't give him money. Why can't these kids just watch Minecraft Youtubers like normal well-adjusted children?

I looked it up to be sure, and I was off only slightly. The average these days, according to the U.S. Dept. of Labor, is 14 (because that's so much better :stress:)

So there you go, some 13 year old kid wanting to give Phil money. Sad.

I was reading about that a few days ago to see just how hard it'd be for Phil. What most people do is hire a property manager and pay them a percentage of each month's rent, but it's got to be somebody you trust and there will still be times when you have to fly in to do some stuff. Phil's just gonna make his parents do it for him, probably for no money because he's starving and almost on the curb.

Even by the lowest standards I give Let's Players, Phil is profoundly boring if he's not being profoundly inept and annoying.

I have no idea how children are enamored by him enough to want to donate money to him. Guess sob stories are just easy enough to touch the hearts of those without enough intelligence to know better.

Well...

At least he's smart enough not to try and defend himself.

He just needs to search for "condo property managers Connecticut" and he'll find what he needs, but it sounds like he's searching for realtors, and this isn't what realtors do. He's making it so much harder for himself than it needs to be.

Not that surprising, most cows know that they have threads.

Though it is smart for him to not join in, because he knows that he would be insulted further and dragged through the mud if he tried any of his usual tactics against people who "slander" (criticising and try to make him improve) him

Phil is just so lazy he refuses to look for a property manager/find out what they do. That's all this bitching is.

Also I audibly nooo'd when I saw the Google most visited. I can't believe he comes here and still is not self aware. Unless he actually is acting.

I wanna say that's the browser of the guy recording his stream. If Phil used /pol/ I think we'd have been able to pick up on it by now.
