Russell Greer vs. Viatron Corporation, A-26-937678-C

I think he also knows that his “legal” arguments won’t work on a judge because the judge knows the law, but a jury doesn’t.
Russell knows nothing of the sort. He assumes his truly brilliant legal arguments will always sway the Judge if he's just allowed to explain.

He has no actual experience with being in front of a jury. Is he going to demand the Court provide him accommodations by building a Styrofoam fort around him in the courtroom so the jury cannot see him?
his big meanie doodoo head boss put him in a styrofoam cage,
His big meany voodoo head boss tore down his Styrofoam cage. He's literally suing because management refused to hide him in his big box of fire code violations.

Which can definitely work

I think Rusty vastly overestimates how sympathetic he seems to an average person. Most people are immediately repulsed by him because of how he looks and sounds, or they are suspicious of his motives because of his hyperbolic and obviously manipulative manner of speaking. I would bet hard money that within 10 minutes most people don't want to be within 10 feet of him and anything he has to say or spray.

People aren’t shitting in bags and throwing them at his sister’s car because Russ is so famous for saying a mean thing about Taylor Swift that everyone in America hates him.
Russell probably shat in a bag and threw it at his sister's car when she said "Fuck off with your incest fantasies, creepy weirdo"

One thing that can be said for Russ is he never escalates physically. He talks a big talk, but he's too cowardly to follow through.

It’s pretty clear that the reason Russ always demands a jury trial in every lawsuit is that he intends to use his obvious disability as a way to have the jury feel sorry for him.

As with many things that Russ erroneously believes, this would not work out for him in reality. He would get demolished by opposing counsel and look bad to any jury if he didn't do spectacular job of putting people off all on his own. Keep in mind that the only witnesses that he could get for his case against Null included two family members who clearly didn't know what the hell was going on when Hardin subpoenaed them and a dead man that Greer hadn't spoken with in years. Surely the twelve people who get brought into court to listen to whatever insanity Greer has to pop off about won't hate him for wasting their time as well.

No jury will feel sorry for Russell Greer because even if they might be disposed to doing so initially, Greer will disabuse them of those foolish notions before too long. Of course Greer has to get a case before a jury and even with the two most retarded judges in the circuit setting the tard guard shields to maximum power, it's still a dubious prospect. Sisyphus has better odds of getting that bolder to the top of the hill than Greer does getting a case he's initiated to a jury trial. If he weren't that perfect blend of narcissist and moron, Greer would realize this, but then he wouldn't be Russell Greer and would have given up long ago.

Oh, absolutely. Some people can appeal to sympathy successfully. Russ can’t, not anymore. It always worked as a child for him, but he’s almost 40. His physical appearance isn’t his fault, outside of grooming, but he looks like a creeper. He sounds like a creeper, both in voice and context of his words.

But, lolcows never learn, so he will forever try that and bizarrely, it’ll never work.

I've got just the jury for our own little Atticus Finch.

"Yo honuh, we hereuh, 'bove entitled jury do find that Greeen faggot ugly and guilty as hell. But we also hate that Schaefer cracker for kicking someone out of the domicile without any like, cause. But Rusty was texting all our sisters before the trial so he's guilty. So say we all. Peace."

Is this session recorded? Open to the pubic? Do we need to get boots on the ground?

This could be the funniest shit since, well, the last time Greer got a chance to explain.

It would be hilarious if he starts going on and on about how this judge doesn't look out for him like the one for GvM, which only serves to draw attention to the GvM case and how bad of a shitshow it is

Does the decision to hold arguments in the first place say anything about the merits?

At least at the federal level ruling on the motions alone seems to be the rule vice the exception.
I would assume this means that the Judge has a question or two for one or both sides.
