It's not the lack of eye contact that's the problem. This is a brief but fairly thorough list with explanations concerning mental health issues that effect people in the transgender community. It's not uncommon for transgendered people to suffer depression, anxiety or even emotional instability due to their predicament. This is all taken in due course by psychiatrists throughout the profiling period, during transitioning or even post transition. Autphag has retroactively blamed his past and present issues by using his non-existent gender dysphoria as a scapegoat, a move I find particularly gutless and offensive.

Any competent psychiatrist would be able to pick apart his make-believe story at the seams and figure out very quickly that's what he reports is nothing more than a product of a deluded mind. They would never even consider allowing him to transition, not to spite him but because the sworn oath any medical professional take states "first, do no harm." Clearly, helping an unbalanced lunatic play out his sexual fantasies by providing him with hormones and surgery is harmful any way you look at it.

Even beyond any kind of moral or ethical ambiguity in regards to allowing or assisting Autphag in transitioning, the litany of drugs that need to be taken during serious HRT (aka, not the pissweak babbies-first-3rd-world-hormones that Aut has self-prescribed) can turn even a emotionally well-balanced person into a nervous wreck, not to mention the physical and psychological toll that surgeries can take on a person. Mental fortification and pre-planning is most definately required along with a robust support network. Even a legitimately gender dysphoric person may decide to hold off with transitioning until they sort out any other mental health issues they may have, because even though HRT and SRS may help fix some emotional issues they can also bring with them a myriad of others. Needless to say Autphag isn't sufficiently mentally stable and any decent doctor would be fully aware of how the transition process would play out in his specific case. He's already a ranting, raving mess, throwing him on a serious hormone cycle would fuck him up so badly he probably wouldn't even be able to finish it.

It's also interesting to note the sections of early childhood and puberty in that article I linked. Autphag has admitted he only ever "realized" (aka decided) he was trans after his contact with David Chac, and role playing as a female for him to get sexual kicks. He gets sexually aroused by imagining himself as a female which is pure, unabashed autogynephilia in its most basic form.

When I told him of my early childhood experiences being transgendered, he scoffed and referred to them as implausible, which I found very telling of how he perceives gender dysphoria. He didn't battle through his childhood constantly wracked with uncertainty about why he felt like a girl. He didn't go through puberty feeling feeling shame and fear as he watched himself become more and more like the gender he wasn't. These feelings are so completely foreign to him he finds them "implausible". His idea of gender dysphoria is rooted in conscious intention and sexual gratification so he can't begin to fathom how someone who is genuinely gender dysphoric would feel.

I've never been aroused by the thought of being female and never considered it a fetish, the way most normal people aren't turned on by their thought of themselves as their gender regardless of their sexuality. Autphag loves to project his own disgusting mentality at others then cry foul. It's his most childish and pathetic trait that reeks of him having the emotional maturity of a pre-school toddler.

I think it's fairly clear why Haselgrove or any other psychiatrist would deny aiding him in his quest to become female.
