If someone really paid him the current amount $10,600.00, the reaction I can see him doing is priceless. He actually does deserve a win.
Not as amusing as the thought of his reaction to first noticing his house was on fire..

Chris could have sued or arrested a lot of people in the past (ex. bluespike). But that was too much work for him so he just crapped his pants.

Honestly, if someone were to try to rip off Chris at this stage, it would say a lot more about them than it would about Chris's naivete.

I think this is his "clever" way of magically warding off the IRS just in case he does collect the 10 grand.
