24 hour care to Andy is a contradiction. He can't have the 24/7 ass wiper on duty if he isn't in a nursing home or low functioning group home, and being in one of those means giving up everything else. No fortnite, no mcdonalds, no harassing Tom, no cell phone, no scat porn, no YouTube.

He knows this too, that's why he's so combative and irritated all the time. He'll never get what he wants, but if he gives up trying he is going to end up a homeless transient until he dies. At this point he is doing all he can just to keep his benefits scam going. I truly think the end is on the horizon though. He has too many eyes on him and people that want to see him face the music these days compared to even two years ago.
