Yeah, that's him. That article was linked in Andrew's thread, and it was mentioned that at one point Marshall had made threats directed at Andrew in which he boasted of having done 2 months in jail over charges related to domestic violence against his ex-wife.

Although it's compelling evidence that he has a fairly unique name and Napa (where he apparently used to reside) is less than an hour's drive away from Pittsburgh CA, I'm still somewhat skeptical that that's him (or at least that that's accurate). Frankly, he seems far too dumb to be an accountant.
