It looks like an arm is coming out of the mic to choke him for the constant snorting

Phil just made 100 dollars off this "emergency" stream supposedly. Some fuckhead gave him 5000 bits in one donation.
Did he show any actual "proof" that this even occurred? Part of me wonders if he has decided to start having regular EMERGENCIES DOOD so that people will send him bits and tips out of sympathy.

It's the same principle on who he would get the strike from.
DSP recounted a time once before he got a strike on a GTA title and it was from Take Two.

I guess we gonna see it in a few days. Wikipedia says they are the publisher, so dsp is wrong on this.

Btw, i would not trust blindly in anything he says. Especially if it happened 7 years ago.

Slowbeef and Totalbiscuit are talking about this on twitter.

I also hate how he tries to regularly fake reactions to seem smarter than the c-average to d student he really is. Whether it be pretending he 'solved' a puzzle he derped on for like two videos or when he tried that pretend mimic false wall shit from his "redemption run" of the first game. He just cannot admit, even when you can watch him in real time, that he looks for help.
Valedictorians aren't as big of scrubs as Phil is.

I looked up. Rockstar is the publisher. Take two is the distributor.

So does Rockstar ever directly do their own takedowns? So far, the most controversial ones I've seen have been from Take Two, which apparently has some kind of license/obligation to defend the IP themselves.

If this is the only time Rockstar has done a takedown, then I'd begin to think this is pretty obviously bullshit. If they've actually done it multiple times in similar situations in the past, less so.

guys what's this all about? his channel is still up, it hasn't been taken down.
How do we know it's not just BS by Phil?

He has three strikes on his channel, which means he can't upload videos.

If there's no counterclaims his channel will be taken down in a week.

DSP must realize the Grim Reaper of his let's play career is lurking right outside his door. Maybe that's the reason for the hatchet.
He can shake down people for their last nickels during these streams, but that is money that won't be there later. Everyone has an end point to their generosity, and even his most die hard fans are nearing it...especially after he already was paid via Patreon to play Danganronpa 2.

Now that I let this sit my :autism: has shown up and I have to put on the tin foil hat. This is a little too perfect right? Was not getting great bits on stream, wanted extra money for vacation, and a "huge emergency" that can easily be fixed just happens to come along. This solves too many problems for Dsp. I bet he uses this as an excuse to not play Danganronpa too. I was about to just call bullshit but his videos were taken down.

I'll wait and see but this has "EMERGENCY NEED SUPPORT...everything is find now but thanks for the cash I didn't really need but am now keeping for my vacation" written all over it.

Edit: Post above showed up as I posted. Danganronpa is no more.

Just reading about this new series of strikes. This is officially the summer of nothing going right for Phil. Problems with Curse, Leanna dumping his sorry ass, drowning his sorrows in gin and fast food, and copyright strikes from Atlus & (possibly) Rockstar. This is hilarious to watch in real time. :stress::popcorn::story:

He's currently saying that he doesn't believe it to be legit on the basis of the strikes being issued by Rockstar. He believes that if the strikes were actually real, they would have come from Take Two because they are the publishers of GTAV. Wikipedia has Rockstar listed as the publisher for the game and Take Two as merely the distributor, so is he miserably mistaken on this?
