HAHAHHA, I was just saying how with Greeeeeetard being a bit "distracted" -- his three other frivolous lawsuits aren't going well, he just got evicted despite him tattling to the teacher-judge and everything, his job he tried to extort out of nearly a quarter million dollars might have him arrested for extortion, oh and he's homeless -- it would be the funniest time for Hardin to put out something that Greetard would just LOVE to respond to. And now this.

We're actually at the deadline so it's just serendipitous.
This is fair, as this clearly took significant amounts of work to prepare, and is the direct result of Russel's own malicious actions. There's no way anyone could have known he would have self destructed so completely at the same deadline. It's just such a beautiful confluence of things -- it's almost enough to make a person believe in karma. Russ is getting back the energy he is putting out into the universe, for good or ill.

ECF 456. NULL COUNTERCLAIMS RUSS for ABUSE OF PROCESS
I like the counterclaim. It allows Null to take the offensive. Part of the reason this case has been in Limbo so long is Greer has been the plaintiff. It also makes the issue being sued over one of the strongest things to possible sue over which is the right of an attorney to argue vigorously for their client. Basically every lawyer and Judge in existence has a strong incentive to protect that.

Will it work who knows. I feel optimistic though. We are so back.

Onto a less jokey and more serious assessment
If you had the hypothesis that the court has been dragging this along because all those filings and motions were not giving the judges any good appeal-resistant means of imposing control, that situation has now changed
That is, with the counterclaim, it's essentially a bid to flip Greer v Moon from a copyright dispute (contributory copyright infringement) into a case about abuse of the judicial process
In theory this means that the judges have been handed a clean way to finally impose control, because the court is now not just asked to manage the case, but to judge the legitimacy of how the case is being conducted

... let's see how they'll flub this

Holy shazbot.

$75k in damages
Vexlit status
Has to put up a bond so no more "buh I haz no moneys yuh honah" games when he's asked to pay bills to run his own case
JURY TRIAL

I am not overwhelmingly optimistic about this but maybe this will be a big enough of a headache that the judges will dismiss...

Wait, this means it doesn't go away if they dismiss Greetard's obviously vexatious lawsuit, doesn't it? Now they're stuck with a counterclaim. That means they can't just ignore this forever under the theory that the tard raging in the electronic filing system but never progressing his case isn't really harming anyone.

Will judge Chuckle Fuck and judge Fart Huffer read any of this or do anything about it? They'll ignore it like everything else before the court for months now. Do not look to this court for any justice. Their docket is as filthy dirty as Greer's former room.

Greer however, will be seething beyond measure at all of this. The trauma lumps may be visible from orbit.

See what I wrote a few messages above. The counterclaim accomplishes a few things that were hitherto absent. Regardless of whether it will ultimately succeed, it created a clean adjudicable issue (unlike contributory copyright infringemnet) and gives the court a justification to impose control (vexatious litigation status, restrictions etc.)
Even in the worst possible reading, it's still "yo, instead of looking at these 400 filings, look at this specific abuse and rule on it"

it's almost enough to make a person believe in karma
I have been overly optimistic about the outcome of litigation, but this case has really taught me a lesson.
I will expect the judges to bend over backwards so far they can lick their own assholes, in an attempt to find away to NOT allow Null to win.

I just hope this counter claim makes the case move along quicker.

GreePT filing in 5, 4, 3, 2... demanding that Hardin isn't allowed to counterclaim cause this is a copyright case and Greee has the right to file good faith concerns about harassment and and and teacher teacher teacher the other kids won't play with gree right, make them play right~!!!

motion to undo the thing that just happened

AHHHHHHHH THIS IS WHAT DONO MONEY IS MEANT FOR, LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

(I am kind of excited for the AI countersperg fucking up every single step and missing every single standard defense and claim and seeing the judges try to figure out how to tard guard)

Hey judges, The Supreme Court has pretty much declared this case to be dead in the water. But here's your chance to never deal with this level of horseshit ever again. Do you dare take it?
