Unconstitutional right now. I'd work on making it constitutional. As an example of what could be done without outlawing guns entirely, you can make an extremely elaborate and exhaustive process to discourage people from getting guns. You can ban most types of guns. You could put an extremely high tax on guns. You could create financial incentives and benefits for those who do not have guns. You can get rid of open carrying. You can ban guns on any government property. You can create a government mandate requiring guns to have a much smaller amount of bullets able to be shot before needing to load it with more bullets. You can work on making guns less dangerous and less harmful in the bullets used and the firing mechanism used. Plenty of different ideas to strong arm them.

I'm well aware of the negative connotations of words. People's ignorant use of language is no justification for forcing me to not use valid words. This is the same idiotic rhetoric that makes valid words into "swear words" that are "bad" to say.

First of all I am not a psycho anything. You want to call me a stalker, that's fine, but in no way am I a psychopath. I want to ban guns completely unrelated to me. i see how much evil they cause in this world. So much murder so much evil. A gun is a lazy man's weapon. If you are going to kill someone, use a knife. That's true skill and gives a fighting chance for the other person to flee or defend themselves. I'll never hurt Tamar or any woman ever. I believe its wrong to physically abuse women. Its wrong to physically abuse men too, but I have more compassion for women and I think a man who hits a woman is absolutely despicable human being. I would never dare touch a woman in a violent way and certainly not Tamar. She has nothing to fear from me. I make a personal promise never to own a gun in my life. I don't want other people to not have guns so that I am able to do things without fear of getting shot. I don't want people to kill innocent people so easily. Parents killing their own children accidentally. Children killing themselves and others. People who want to steal something killing others with guns. Guns are one of the worst inventions EVER invented. The inventors and engineers behind it should go to hell.

The law is not stable. We have the right to change any law no matter what it is so long as a better law replaces it. I don't care what any stupid laws like D.C. v. Heller say. we can change that law regardless of what it says. obviously its easier said than done to change a law but its been done before and will be done again. We need to tighten gun regulation as much as possible, and the more we can change the law to enable that, the better.

Supreme court decisions make things into law. Whatever you want to call it, my point remains. we can change the law through whatever processes necessary.

the link i provided is the dissenting opinion in the heller case. a decision of 5 to 4 is pretty close, and so to have 4 of our supreme judges be against a ruling is pretty compelling reason to reconsider the validity of the decision that was made. those four judges were not idiots and they are/were quite intelligent and experienced in judicial areas. So to just dismiss their expert viewpoint because of a mere five men's decision is nonsense.
