As everyone knows, schedules cannot be adjusted based on late circumstances. I'd also be really curious as to when this schedule was made. Was it before or after the hearing date was scheduled, since they have both known about it since at least February 23rd.

I'm sure I'm looking at this wrong but the page source for the agenda shows "<meta property="article:modified_time" content="2026-03-16T07:41:00+00:00". Assuming I'm reading that correctly as the page was last updated on 03/16/26 that doesn't mean it was initially published then but it does lend credence to my theory that they scheduled it late after knowing the hearing date precisely to make the argument nick is making.

The funniest part is the constant mental whiplash between “I’m just a harmless YouTuber, why do you care so much?” and “I am a LAWYER with a LAW FIRM, therefore my views are SERIOUS and IMPORTANT.” He is desperate to claim the prestige of the profession when it flatters him, yet equally desperate to dodge the ethical and professional obligations that came with the title he voluntarily accepted.

Somehow this logical quandary has even entered his thick as tree stumps, brick-wall mind. Just this week he has openly considered that being a practically disbarred attorney being punished under valid ethics violations may be damaging his professional credibility.

That's also completely ignoring the Melton aspect of everything since he's the person who hosts and runs the event.

I know it's a lot to expect a judge or anyone involved in this process to have common sense. But this is the exact type of thing the HRO should prevent from happening.

I know this keeps getting asked and I know the answer is that it is, but how is this not a direct violation of the restraining order? The Minnesota court system makes me so MATI, especially when considering how hard Aaron got railed by it for doing considerably less.

I've also been trying to figure out what Aaron did to get the Pedoverse to declare fatwa on him? Nick going after him, I get. But other than being a mediocre shock jock that streams in his own little bubble, what about Aaron is so egregious that it's caused all the other retards like Melton to target him?

Can confirm. I once worked for a lady who had the J.D. post-nominal on her business card. When I inquired about it, she told me she graduated from law school but failed the bar exam by one question, and then decided to go do something else. In her case, it was eventually becoming the CEO of a 501(c)3. She was never a lawyer, and could not hold herself out as one, but the degree was earned and hers to advertise forever.

Nick could get away with the same thing but, in typical Nick fashion, he's always got to push his luck.
