So no the vague "they held back" doesn't eclipse the clear cut and sole serving advantage that comes with being brought back after being eliminated. We both know if you were entering the tank and you had the choose between the perk of "The staff won't fuck with you as much" or "you'll be brought back once if eliminated" you would be picking the latter.
They clearly intended for it to blow up in his face and be drama like previous times they brought on SO's of fish, it just happened to not work out which is why they kicked her quickly.
