I don't think either of the twins are dumb in a traditional sense. They might even have above average IQs as far as I can tell. They are both simply medium to high-functioning autistics, which is easy to confuse with them being retarded. Especially because both don't articulate clearly and are constantly babbling about whatever. If you listen to them properly, you can tell they aren't true idiots though. Just weird and socially maladjusted in some ways. It's a world of difference with the things that people like Dumbgay talk about however.
