And I am not the bad guy in this story. I am not the violent one nor the dangerous one
Despite having threatened us multiple times, of course.
a little raven asked me to stop posting on the thread.
I thought Raven was a fatty fatty fat fat?
And i'm just going to warn you now. I'm not a killer.
...So why are you warning us?
I am concerned for Joshua's wellbeing, because I wouldn't put it past Marshall or his friends to assault Joshua or kill him. So you might want to be careful who you are dealing with. Also keep in mind, even if you think they are stupid, even stupid people can kill and assault. So my advice would be to quit while you are ahead or else you might enrage a man who is known for criminal violence and this may escalate and result in tragic consequences for some people.
Oh wow this is literally Vordy level dumbfuckery.

"Despite having threatened us multiple times, of course."

When did I do that?

Making a joke isn't a threat. Sarcasm is also not a threat. Satire is also not a threat. Silly hypotheticals are also not a threat. I never made an actual serious threat here. Any instance I made a threat to people here was a silly hypothetical, a joke, a sarcastic remark, or a satirical statement. Its pretty easy to prove that I never intended any of the things I said to be actual threats.

That example classifies as a silly hypothetical, a joke, sarcasm, and a satire.

satire: "(uncountable) A literary device of writing or art which principally ridicules its subject often as an intended means of provoking or preventing change. Humor, irony, and exaggeration are often used to aid this."

joke: "Something said or done for amusement, not in seriousness."

hypothetical: "Based upon a hypothesis; conjectural [quotations ▼] (philosophy) conditional; contingent upon some hypothesis/antecedent"

sarcasm: "(uncountable) Use of acerbic language to mock or convey contempt, often using irony and (in speech) often marked by overemphasis and a sneering tone of voice."

Thus, what I said to anonimass the other day was ridiculing him as a means of provoking. Using humor and exaggeration. it was said for amusement and not in seriousness. It was based on a conjectural idea, not a grounded intention. And it was acerbic language used to mock and convey contempt of anonimass, with overemphasis and sneering tone against him. Why would I actually kill him if i was going to kill myself? No reason. Don't be an idiot.

Please illustrate where you used humor, irony, exaggeration or overemphasis.

exaggeration: "
  1. The act of exaggerating; the act of doing or representing in an excessive manner; a going beyond the bounds of truth, reason, or justice; a hyperbolical representation; hyperbole; overstatement.
"
I was going beyond the bounds of truth because I wouldn't actually kill him, but I was exaggerating just to make a point that he is an asshole.

humor: "(uncountable) The quality of being amusing, comical, funny."

"
  1. Amusing; humorous; comical. [from the mid-18th c.]
  2. Strange or unusual, often implying unpleasant.
"

comical: "laughable; ridiculous. "

The idea that i would kill him if I committed suicide is laughable and ridiculous. It is thus comical, especially because I wouldn't actually do that, but I was messing with him. Furthermore, for something to be considered humor, it only has to be humorous to a single person. Many people have their own things they find humorous which their victims they are bullying mocking or making fun of do not find funny. humor thus in found in the eye of the beholder. I was making a joke, and was being humorous. Even if I was the only one who found it funny, it still applies.

Thinking I was going to actual commit murder-suicide against anonimass is just as absurd as people actually thinking the modest proposal was a serious proposal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Modest_Proposal

There are plenty of idiots though so its understandable that the people here are so dull and dense that they can't understand simple concepts such as when someone is clearly not being serious.

I honestly am not even saying this as an insult, but Andrew, you acknowledge being on the autism spectrum, correct? That's something that can impair one's ability to communicate in a way that conveys the appropriate tone to neurotypicals. Have you considered that instead of literally everyone else being an idiot, there might be an issue with your communication?

I believe they call this "autism".

I'm not convinced that autism spectrum is a problem. I acknowledge being on the spectrum, but I think it is not genetic but environmental and is based on my life choices rather than an illness that can't be controlled. Any difficulty in communication would because I am not trying hard enough to communicate properly.

Truth be told, everyone is a neurotypical in my view. Even Chris Chandler and Jeffrey Dahmer lol.

Many things of asperger syndrome apply to me, but also certain things about it do not apply to me. Certain aspects of high functioning autism also apply to me. In my experience, many people do not understand what I am saying because they have biases or assumptions. I think it is plausible that I am the one who has difficulty properly communicating, but from my perspective, I think it is more likely that it is other people who are less intelligent than me who have difficulty understanding what I am saying. I don't have communication problems with everyone. But with some people it can be pretty bad. And I know for a fact it has happened between me and Tamar where we were just not communicating properly. in those instances, I think it was more her fault than mine. Because she made false assumptions about me. I think if false assumptions are made, then it can be twisted more easily from the intended meaning.

A court isn't going to buy the "just kidding ha ha" excuse for a murder-suicide threat from some dipshit with an injunction against him that he's repeatedly violated for years.

The injunction against me has only been for seven months. Not years.

I never said Tamar has no reason to be scared of me. What I said was Tamar has no reason to be scared that I am going to physically hurt her. Two very different things. Clearly she has reason to be scared of me for some things I've said and done, but not scared for her life.

Not everyone else perceived it as a threat.

So you'll just emotionally abuse her? Classy.

I'm sorry dude, but it's incredibly obvious to any reasonable third party that @AnOminous--the primary individual involved in this interpretation dispute--is more intelligent than you. There's a reason people tag him whenever they have a legal question.

You mean like above-average intelligence?

No, I get people telling me all the time how very intelligent I am in a special way. It actually is annoying how often people tell me it because they tell me it in a way that is meant as an insult. "You are so intelligent; but you keep being/doing (insert insult)"

"
Further differences in features between people with high-functioning autism and those with Asperger syndrome, include the following:[2][6][7][8]

  • People with HFA have a lower verbal reasoning ability
  • Better visual/spatial skills (higher performance IQ) than people with Asperger syndrome
  • Less deviating locomotion than people with Asperger syndrome
  • People with HFA more often have problems functioning independently
  • Curiosity and interest for many different things, in contrast to people with Asperger syndrome
  • People with Asperger syndrome are better at empathizing with another
"

I have higher verbal reasoning ability, so asperger's applies to me more in that instance. I am not physically clumsy so that aspect of asperger syndrome doesn't apply to me. I have a curiosity and interest for many different things in contrast to people with asperger syndrome. I am, like an asperger, better at emphasizing with others.

So i have some aspects of aspergers and some aspects of higher functioning.

Respectfully disagree. Also you can just add "reasonable" to any claim you make, thereby saying its obvious to anyone who is reasonable that i am right. anyone can say that. anonimass thought i was threatening him with no valid evidence for that. So he shows he is not very intelligent.

No, the term "reasonable" actually has fairly clear meaning, which is why it's extensively used in law. It's not some totally subjective weasel word.

I legitimately find it funny that you are choosing to have a dick-measuring context about intelligence with @AnOminous of all people, because I'd be the first to say that there are some real idiots who post here, but even if one dislikes @AnOminous, stupidity is one attribute that can't be reasonably applied to him. This is also made more funny and ridiculous because the subject matter you are disputing with him is law, which is actually his area of expertise.

My personal opinion is that Jesus had a form of autism, that autism is something that is chosen rather than forced upon someone, and that autism in its greatest expression is the highest ideal that everyone should strive to meet. There is good autism and bad autism. No one should strive for the bad autism but everyone strive for the good autism as the highest and greatest level of personality achievement.

Oh, you're special all right...

Which explain why you've given up stalking Tam– oh, right.

Its because of my empathy that I have done to Tamar what I have done.
