it isn't a saga

Saga makes it sound a little too epic. Chris is a greedy cunt, not a Greek God.

If he is done trying to auction his stupid drawings, I can tell you what's going to happen.

Chris will assume that he absolutely would have made thousands of dollars off of one drawing, but Ebay won't let him because the trolls messed it up (even though the only thing anyone did was accurately report his copyright infringement against Nintendo).

At least we can all take solace in the fact that Chris almost certainly made some big purchases on credit within the last couple days because he thought a bunch of money was coming, and now he'll have no idea how to pay it off.

So now that he's "sold" it I guess we can expect him to spend all the money before he gets it, then when he realizes the buyer isn't going to pay he'll rant about how Ebay still owes him the money (it was BASICALLY PROMISED!) despite the fact that everything in the TOS says he won't get paid?

Then what? Maybe Debtor's prison...

I think it will take it's time, since the ween doing it probably are trying to get a conversation from him, probably giving excuses about the payment to drag it out.

I think it's more likely that he'd make a nuisance of himself complaining to Ebay rather than engaging a troll. Also Facebook rants. Many, many Facebook rants.

I'd love to see an anti-Ebay YouTube rant from him, but I know that's a really, really longshot at best...

I wake up and his thing is SOLD? For over 2K? I find it VERY hard to believe someone's actually going to fork over two thousand dollars for this.

Who bought it though? Does anyone know?

If Chris does get paid he'll be responsible for paying taxes on his earnings. If I recall, he'll be responsible for the eBay fees even if he doesn't get paid.

How could he spend all the money before he gets it?

Using credit cards to buy his legos because he thinks he'll use the money from the sale to pay the debt.

no, he accepted an offer for 1000 dollars. Someone on the previous pages screencapped it.

Yeah, I'm amazed that it's not a Strike One And Yer Out banfest with him, especially the way the abuse has been piled on him since the LEGO begging started. He's letting his Facebook "friends" troll him on his own page, and often publicly for all to see!

Makes you wonder what they're doing for him to keep them on his good side.
They're not his facebook friends. You only have to be a friend-of-a-friend to post on Chris' public posts. They're probably just friends with watermelon.

It's unlikely to be true but hardly surprising. People do send him lego sets.
Heh, no, fatty tells everyone people send him lego sets. He actually just buys thousands of dollars worth of legos on credit.

I am sure it was a fake bid, no one would drop money for his art.

Well, not that much money for a couple of Original the Characters.

Now if it were "She Came for CWC", or the original "My Love Quest is finally over!" comic page (none of that George Lucas pulling special edition bullshit) then there might be some interest.

So the Manbaby accepted a $1000 offer. Who wants to bet that the "winning" bidder suddenly makes a vanishing act and leaves Chris hanging for weeks as he wonders why the money hasn't arrived yet.

And remember, Chris now owes $100 to eBay/Paypal through fees, even when (not if) the winner deadbeats off without leaving one red cent. And even though Chris can file a form to have the fees waived/reimbursed (and we know he may not be bright enough to know how to do that), he'd still have to wait a long while to prove that the money isn't arriving, and then after that, it will take at least a few weeks to process.

End result, Chris is now around $100 in the hole because of all this, risking having his eBay/Paypal cut down.

yea , eBay won't easily refund and both accounts will be restricted for a bit.

Going slightly off topic for a bit, can we add the photoshopped images of Chris and his framed art to a gallery on the CWCKI in the eBay page ? And is there any chance Something Awful will catch wind of this because surely someone here is from SA or knows someone who is from SA. It could make for a great comedy goldmine or photoshop priday.
