Trainwreck Onision / James Gregory Jackson / Gregory James Daniel/Jackson/Avaroe - Edgy king of the tweens, Vegan with deformed dick, Pedo, Destroying the Environment. Serial Domestic Abuser, Served the wrong Chris Hansen.

why does Onion even bother with "debates"? he always ends up acting like a little bitch, not debating anything and then throwing a tantrum and making doormat livestream instead.
I believe it was brought up a long time ago that he hand picked people that he thought would make himself look better, not because he actually wants to debate, but because he wants to show his fans how "stupid" his detractors are after he picks a target and manages to make them lose their shit.

See

Granted, Onion supposedly didn't know it was going to happen between him and Jeff, but he managed to rattle Jeff. That's how he works, he gets under their skin and fucks with them, the "debate" is just a ruse.

I honestly don't understand how people let Greg get under their skin in debates. I mean, it's fucking Greg. Nothing he says has any worth. If he insults you or jabs at you who gives a fuck? He's just resorting to personal attacks because he doesn't have any real arguments - why not point that out and exploit it? Everyone must know by now what his tactics are. Just know what you want to bring up going in and make sure you bring a mountain of FACTS to counter his 'FAX NOW' bullshit. I mean, it's not like he's actually intelligent, he just has low cunning. I'm completely confident Blair won't make the rookie mistake of getting emotional.

I love how part of the first line in this video is "haters have called the cops on me". So it's totally only those horrible people who disagree with a single point of yours who have been calling the cops... Good to know.

So he doesn't do a story time, not giving much evidence of the cops showing up, and yes, had to sit through the whole fucking video.
Like he said he could have made a storytime video, but that would mean that he'd have to use his words and evidence.

To be honest if that "sketch" is an accurate representation of real life, with accusations like those, which are pretty big, especially pedophile accusations, wouldn't there be a huge investigation on him and the cops go through all of his devices to make sure there isn't CP on there or something? I mean just taking his word for it surely isn't how the law works? I mean with the turtle thing, something like animal control or an animal protection group was called i believe. It was old news that someguy827 mentioned it in one of his hour-long sperg fests a few years back; I'd find it but that would mean watching the video and I'm already late leaving the house.

I might be wrong. Wouldn't know much, i've only had cops called on me for noise complaints and nothing massive like "hi 911 this guy is a pedo".

Sure it may be sketches cut short for the way of time... But the way Greg made it look made it seem like the cops are willing to just take this word for whatever, I mean I have seen how false accusations can fuck up someone's life through friends, but if he was being accused of rape by whatever person, be it an ex or a stranger, whoever they thought he raped would also be questioned about it? because, you know, rape is something taken seriously?
I mean honestly there's been some victims of abuse who genuinely believe they were in the wrong and deserved such abuse because of manipulation by the abuser, and for all the cops know it was like that.

I'm not saying it hadn't happened like greg said, but it just seems likely with the severity of the accusations and the apparent little work that was done about them. If you were investigating someone for those sorts of things, you wouldn't just take their word for it (especially if it involved other people).

I mean he doesn't want to look in the wrong at all by saying he was investigated for all that shit (even though being investigated is a case of he's innocent until proven guilty)

He's so unsettling to look at. It's as if he has violated me personally.

It could have been like Gurgles says here. The cops came to his door, asked a few questions, the cops took his answers, told him, no worries this is all cleared up, bye bye now. It can happen that way.

If the complaint was more detailed and involved actual evidence that could incriminate Gurg, then no, it wouldn't have gone this way. He wouldn't have known a thing was happening until a no-knock warrant was issued, he was given subpoena for his computers and they would have been seized, a true investigation would have happened, he would have gotten his little Ken cuffs and Lamey would have been shrieking "DON'T TAKE HIM, I LOVE HIM!" as they hauled him off to the hoosegow.

Now, if a so-called mandated reporter were to report something with the kids, there would be a sit-down with the cops and CPS. The entire house would be inspected. The kids would be examined, separately, away from Gurg and Lamey. It could start a whole crap load of stuff, even if it was false.

tl;dr Don't send in crazy accusations because all that's going to happen is a knock and advise versus a true investigation.

See, this is the awful/amazing thing with the world.

Gurgles is obviously a crappy human being, but unless he actively breaks any laws (which, as everyone is wise to now, he is very careful to keep even if only by the smallest margin) there's nothing anyone can do. Which is a terrible situation to be in.

You know he's a dirtbag, and you know he does shady shit, but you also know you cannot do anything because of technicalities. Technicalities, and the police are not there to judge the morals and ethics of being a shitty person. People can (and obviously have) called the police on them for several reasons, but guys, you need evidence. His dogs being shit scared of him, Lainey flinching whenever he raises his voice/his hands, the fact he launches into lengthy tirades... unless someone who is affected by that speaks out, the police can do very little.

Can't lock someone up for being shitty, not if they technically do not break the law/utilise ridiculous loopholes that mean it's all hunky dory.

I'm flip flopping on this Blaire thing. On the one hand, if she can ride the abuse wave long enough to let Gurgles hang himself, perhaps that would be awesome. On the other, if she just told him he is too irrelevant to bother debating, then left him to crow about his "victory" to the few ardent onionheads and the "fans" who wake up to see he's just an egotistical knob jockey, then hurray.

I wish Andy was not so polite and lovely. Just one little text, one little "you're irrelevant, please delete my number" would be wonderful.

Gurg used to transport Shiloh and Lainey when they were minors to fuck them.
We have videos for evidence, everybody can see them He always mentions that in this state was legal etc etc.
It's a federal offense as far as I know.

Furthermore, SomeGuy827 said Gurg had doxxed him

The Andy Biersack of 2017 is a politeness machine. Any outbursts of yore are gone. Too bad in Gurgly's case. Because one harsh word could crush him.
I agree there is nothing solid enough in Gurgly's YT vids or tweets to indict him criminally for spousal abuse.
But if he is taking all these ContentID claims to the finish line on YouTube, that means he is filing formal DMCA notices.
And from the amount of time I wasted viewing the videos that have claims against them, I can see that he would be opening himself to both Civil and Criminal liability if he pursed filing DMCAs.
I am also wondering if Gurgly has any means to pretend to be other companies when sending notices to YT. Or if he is contacting companies that handle copyright claims and telling them their rights are being compromised.
A Youtuber I subscribe to, Mikenactor, had one of videos suspended for a short period of time.
It was a rebuttal against Onision.
Mike does a lot of singing vids, this was not one of them.

Showed it as being blocked by Fullscreen Managed. They handle music copyrights.
That's why anyone who gets these automated bull turd notices should fight them on YT.

In addition, every DMCA takedown notice that is sent regarding one of your videos counts as a "strike" on your account. If your account accumulates three strikes, YouTube will cancel all of your accounts and remove all of your videos. The only way to remove a strike is to send a formal counter-notice.

When you send a counter-notice to YouTube, you leave the rightsholder with two choices — either allow the video to be restored after 10 business days, or sue you to keep it down (the rightsholder could contact you and ask you to withdraw your counter-notice before suing, but is not required to do so). This is consequently a higher stakes game than disputing a Content ID removal, because the rightsholder does not have a cheap and fast way to keep the video down, short of suing you. We recommend that users research copyright law and consult a qualified attorney before sending DMCA counter-notices." https://www.eff.org/issues/intellectual-property/guide-to-youtube-removals

Heck, I am an inch way from creating my own video as a honey pot. Lucky for him, I am too busy.
Must put my spergy procrastination on hold for a bit.
And since he still has some Net Worth, he would be attractive to various IP attorneys suing his slimy butt.
Also, it appears that he possibly, maybe, perhaps might be registering things under an LLC, but he does not have it registered with the state. A no-no there.
Really though, when Lamey smartens up, that will be that with Gurgles.
She knows too much as this point. Man, that will be a fun divorce to watch.

This is the method Margaret Palermo used to threaten to keep her daughter Venus in line. She made good on that threat and had Venus's channel shut down 3 separate times in 2016, by making repeated DMCA claims to the content. Luckily, Venus had her husband to financially support her offline, AND a management network to handle the claims, but not everyone is so lucky. that kind of thing can and will kill most channels, which is why it's such an effective tool.

I am also wondering if Gurgly has any means to pretend to be other companies when sending notices to YT. Or if he is contacting companies that handle copyright claims and telling them their rights are being compromised.
UhOhBro is currently managed by Fullscreen, the same company who represents VenusAngelic. Fullscreen sends out copyright claims on behalf of their clients; I don't think Greg would have to do anything to Fullscreen to send out claims on that channel's content. If the content is from any of his other channels (Onision, OnisionSpeaks, Onision Games, Onision Reacts, etc.) then Greg is sending those notices on his own.

In all honesty I think a fair few people are just waiting for him to fuck up badly and cross the line.

Yeah, no shit. When your dad publicly says he finds kids disinteresting and disgusting:

I just noticed that Lainey used to have the exact same hairstyle as Shane Dawson. Since it's Onision...I bet he noticed that too.

As difficult as it is to swallow, there is a very real problem that those videos are not enough to build a case on. You can see it is morally wrong, but moral wrongs do not always mean a law has been broken or (more importantly) that there is sufficient evidence of a law being broken. It is hard to get evidence on something that happened a few years ago, especially without willing parties to first hand make an allegation/confirm them.

Doxxing .... eh, doxxing is actually a bit of a grey area if only the legality of it. Having watched the video, technically Gurgles did not dox him. Nor did Gurgles do anything which would meet the criteria for posting publicly available information online in another publicly available place. Has he done to other people? He has veered very, very close to it, but as far as I can tell has either always removed the offending media from public view, or basically left enough breadcrumbs for his fans to do all the dirty work without ever actually running foul of the law.

If he went "SomeGuy827 lives here, go forth and shit on his head monkeys" then there may be a case. Otherwise it all gets a bit murky. You need to prove the intent is harmful (harassment, intimidation, etc.), although if the information was purposefully released and the onions go batshit then he could still be held accountable (as he brought the information to light). From the video he listed the address of offices which were fairly frequently rented out, opposite SomeGuy827's place of residence, right? Listed as his business address, right? Not a dox, and far too easily explained a coincidence/yet another YouTuber who fancies themselves a media icon wanting an L.A. address for their "office".

To make it absolutely clear, I think Gurgles is far less intelligent and cunning than he thinks. I do however acknowledge that the one consistent thing people have said about him is his black and white world view; what is legal is legal, no matter how close to the line it gets so long as it is not within the legal definition he will do it. It is not that difficult to find the technicalities needed to get around certain laws.

It is incredibly frustrating.

On his loyal onions: the majority seem the type who would watch him smash an old woman's head in with a frozen salmon, and applaud as chunks of fish and blood got into their gaping mouths. They're all waiting to be Mrs Onion the 3rd.
His loyal fanbase seem to be the type who could see their idol beating an elderly woman to death with a whole frozn salmon, and
