An English translation will come when I get a new computer capable of sound. I've already been writing part of it down. Tylrop shouldn't get the monopoly on obscure Korean songs translated into English, and I have an actual North Korean dialect-English dictionary although it's a bit dog-eared and dated.
I'm not confident about it yet so I won't show it to you until I've completed it. But yes, I can read chosongul which isn't a massive achievement but I should tell you, based on old proverb "a bright man can learn it in an hour, a dim man in 10 days", I learned it pretty quickly back in the day, my language acquisition was slow at first due to lacking resources, but that's been partially overcome.
