Does an additional fight over a doctor's note issued by a real and licensed doctor MAYBE outside of practice norms or geographic areas sound like something the court wants on their docket? What justice or local corruption does that serve, honestly? And the boards, do you know how LONG board reviews from third-party complaints over petty license issues go outside of criminal cases? Dudes found guilty of patient rape can still have a license for months or years afterwards in the fight. Dr. Steve would just be assigned a mandatory "understanding telehealth and licensing across state lines" training in the worst scenario.

I would agree with you more if Judge Tvedten’s last decision had not been to deny the continuance request by Melton and Rekieta. For some reason, Rekieta's legal strategy is not about pursuing the safest approach for his case, but rather about what kind of retarded games he can play while staying technically barely within the limits of what is permissible.

It is also worth noting that Mama K stated in her interview with Meme Copium that the judge was not very pleased with Melton’s absence, and that he questioned how Melton could be fit enough to work at his event but not to appear in court.

The judge ordered them to court and got a doctor's note saying: "Your honor my patient of 3 hours can't come to court tomorrow due to back pain resulting from a weekend of going around Vegas and mocking the HRO applicant." I think the court is more than willing to blow tax payer money on someone flipping them off.

This possibly indicates it isn't a one time violation, but there is ongoing discussions regarding further violations.
The only reason he would be cagey is due to revealing litigation tactics or weakening his position.
