I disagree. No one is born attracted to little boys. They developed that fetish in adult life through their own sexual conditioning they impose on themselves. Likewise, no one is born bisexual; they develop that fetish later in life. No one is born heterosexual either. we are born mentally asexual. and we develop our sexual orientation through our life choices and experiences.

You are conflating two things here. She may have all the evidence she needs to establish the offence, but your documented statements on here establish that both your past behaviour towards her and any future escalation of that behaviour is extremely calculated and not "heat of the moment". That will have a huge impact on how a court chooses to deal with you.

I took a tae kwon do class for several years when I was a teenager because of a girl I liked. She stopped doing it but I kept continuing for a few years after she left. have a few skills. But that's not what is going to get me success in these types of situations. What will really get me success is daring to go to extreme lengths few are willing to go to to defend myself.
