It’s funny, but, at the same time, it helps me understand Pink’s anti-audience rants later into The Wall better. The made-up Reddit drama and subsequent fan-week framed hostile critics as the problem. However, it really seems like it’s the overzealous fans that are the issue.

And, goodness me, what is this cultish implicit sense of trust? In an actor?. Why are these supposedly “media literate” people viewing actors as extensions of their characters? After the whole Weinstein Diddy ordeals?

(And these kids are putting no respect on Mel Blanc’s name.)

The "cancelling" is the same as how these people worship them, they see them as their own pope's. Completely infallible, they cannot do wrong and if they do it causes the universe to split apart. When you have no one else to give genuine and great respect towards, you have to go down the totem pole until it is VA's. It is disturbing honestly.

I love that "Kindest" is because :
  • Ragatha's VA says she works with the kindest people she's ever met (That is, she's showing basic courtesy to her peers)
  • Kinger's VA is asked if Pomni would go to Kinger for comfort when she has anxiety, to which he starts reciting his headcanon about Pomni spending time with the whole circus
  • During a panel, they all just start yelling "I LOVE YOU" at the audience over and over again
I feel bad for the guy that made the video. Clearly they don't know that many kind people

First of all, it's fucking retarded to get a voice actor's signature permanently inked onto your body.

Second, it seems that Michael allegedly approved the tattoo beforehand, which is also retarded. Hasn't he always been the most outspoken about calling out fans for getting too parasocial with him? How can you even argue about boundaries while you encourage someone to get a fucking tattoo?

There is no point apologizing to blacks because they forever live in" 400 years a slave" mentality and think everything in life is due to slavery. They suplexed an Asian granny? Slavery. Engaging in massive fist fights in preschool? Slavery. You can be the best white person who's anti racist and they will still hate you for being white. This is due to narrative shit the last several decades pushed by a mix of white and jewish elites that use the jew factor as a shield from being called out or criticized even when they're not all jews. The people with the most money want slavery with extra steps and the best way to do that is to trap people in the mindset of "everything being due to one race committed all the bad things and slavery is forever and everything is racist+sexist "shit. Comedians used to make fun of this stuff frequently and music stuff would commentate on it. Unfortunately most of those guys have since sold out to the machine.

Harlan rewrote the story and characters from scratch and gave it a happy ending. And between Harlan himself being the author of the rewrites and the game being well received, it's changes are now default versions of said characters

The game is such an interesting thing because it took the source material and changed and expanded on it, all while still respecting and in many ways elevating the original story in an entirely different medium.
