Why am I not even remotely surprised that the same county that levies a $50+ per-room per-night "resort fee" for every fucking hotel because "fuck you that's why" is also requiring special licenses for "asshole wot drives a car around ferrying little paper bags of food"?

I wish I could've been there for that conversation. Imagine trying to explain to your client that justifying harassing women will not reduce their sentence.
Harassing women is not a constitutional right, Shitlips. I love how that was his argument to appeal the sentence but he also insists that if he was politely asked to stop harassing women instead of slapped with criminal charges, he'd stop. Meekly requesting that he stops harassing women is like telling him to stop being a slack-jawed homunculus. It is simply not possible.

For the record, Erika did ask him to stop, and blocked him multiple times on his burner Instagram accounts and his fake phone numbers. He kept contacting her to be verbally abusive and try to get her to let him EXPLAIN. This was just more of spoiled brat Shit Lips Greer moving goal posts.
Edit: actualy, thinking about it, did Greer ever release that email that totally proves the prosecutor, somehow acting as the judge, convicted him because of his brothel work? Or was it just mentioned in that motion and then disappeared into the aether, never to be seen again, like the RO?

At one point in the Erika saga, she says she wasn't replying because she was taking care of her boyfriend Chad who was sick, to which Russ replied "You owe him no duty" and Erika just laughed it off and said of course not, she's doing it because she loves him.
This perfectly encapsulates Russell's pseudo-legalese mindset. A girl he wanted was doing something nice for a boyfriend that wasn't him, so he hit google scholar to find some legal term for why she shouldn't do that and reply to him instead, never considering Erika owed him no duty to talk to him.
And you KNOW if Russell had girlfriend who didn't take care of him while he's sick, he'd sue her for abandonment and some other nonsensically applied legal terms because she owed him a duty as his girlfriend!

She should have told Russhole she owes more duty to her boyfriend than she will ever owe Russ. It would have caused him to blow a gasket. Of course, she was still trying to be nice to the saggy-faced creep and was probably starting to feel frightened by his troubling and invasive behavior, so she held back. I'll bet Russ thought he sounded like a total feminist ally telling this poor damsel that she owes no duty to a man. Except himself, of course.
