You are giving her too much credit. She almost never addresses the criticism directly.
I won't take credit for noticing it (it was someone in the comments of one the clips channels) but they pointed out that she often employs DARVO.
If you review her "Addressing TheQuartering Drama" video, she does indeed do that. In her interaction with Craig in DMs she follows the same pattern again.

I am not a psychologist or whatever so I could be talking out of my ass.

Basically he survived because the internet has been suppressed from bullying losers off of it due to hurt feelings and so-called egalitarianism, and once that state of affairs started changing, consequences have started finding their way back home to him.

The online left, who he actually belongs to, to their credit tried to police themselves and 'cancel' him (which is their way of policing their own, it's stupid and gay but that's what they do), but unfortunately he survived this by pretending to be part of the online right for the last 7 years, thus the 'my channel IS UNDER ATTACK' narrative. The online right couldn't understand the distinction between the reality of Jer not being 'part of them', and the greater perception that he is still associated with them because him saying so is all that's required for that, up until he started the Christian larp.

Finally, the internet has been at least partially unshackled to take out its own trash, and it's not the left or the right that's able to get the job done, it's the coalition of the willing. This is a categorical upgrade from back in Jer's heyday where Mommy Susan made sure everyone played nice together. People like Jer are the consequence of a society, even a purely digital one, that is not allowed to bully or shame people into taking whatever self-corrective actions they can. The internet is healing, for now.

I made this a bit over-dramatic because I thought it was kinda funny, but I unironically believe it has some basis in truth.

Not to defend him. A lot of the behaviour was kinda seen as comedic in the 90s / early 2000s. The whole gag was that it was inappropriate. You weren't supposed to actually engage in it though, you were supposed to joke about engaging in it.

It the same with the TISM content with Bearing, Dank and Jer. The horse porno story he spoke about is an urban legend that everyone repeated in 2000ish. I guarantee you he never actually seen it. Almost all of these guys have read the Tucker Max & Maddox material back in their early 20s and just rehash it. Damn Dick Masterson literally skin walks Tucker Max.

Really does seem like the only viable path for him is to stop all livestreams, fire all employees, only use social media for schedule postings of new vids with comments locked, shit out his daily ad read videos with comments off maybe even with some vtuber avatar at this point and never ever engage with anyone online but we all know he isn't going to be able to do that.
