Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

So much for that "It was totally just a training exercise, bro" thing.
Sounds like glowies or Mossad playing reindeer games by buzzing Tehran. Considering Ukraine's providing assistance to the Gulf countries and US personnel now, the IRGC's stock of UASs becomes a lot less intimidating, and we've all seen the videos of Basij and Russian soldiers getting turned into strawberry jello by drones.

i don't understand the logic of bitching out a journofag for bringing up the timeline that he himself said.
Yeah, it's an absolutely fair criticism. It's why you don't bring up timelines of any kind when you're doing a military operation. There's way too many variables that can complicate the matter, and it can come back and bite you in the ass if you can't deliver.

Personally, I think Trump fucked up by yammering about Bridge and Powerplant Day, instead of just doing it. The IRGC were already reeling from their losses to that point, and there was a momentum from the F-15 rescue that something as drastic as B&P had the potential to really knock them on their ass. Talking about it allowed the IRGC to put their wives on the bridges as human shields, giving them the propaganda advantage. It may have ultimately been a swerve to get Iran to come to the table, and to be fair, the ceasefire allowed us to get the blockade put in place. But for something like that, if you're going to shoot, then shoot. Don't talk.

Trump's talking about going after the boats, but we'll have to wait and see how that gets delivered. It will probably be A-10s or UAVs shooting Hellfires, with some assistance from GCC drone teams. Right now, Trump's seemed mostly content to squeeze the life out of the IRGC with the blockade, and let them give him the excuse to start the shooting shit up again.

If your gonna derail the thread with AI slop can you at least use Grok? My eyeballs tire of Gemini and ChatGPT white text. Give me the deranged AI who somehow gives me references about Hasan Piker when asking about Iran.

U.S. military officials are preparing new contingency plans in case the ceasefire with Iran collapses, with a strong focus on operations around the Strait of Hormuz, CNN reports.

➡️ The plans emphasize “dynamic targeting” of Iran’s capabilities in the Strait of Hormuz, the southern Arabian Gulf, and the Gulf of Oman, including potential strikes on fast attack boats, minelaying vessels, and other asymmetric assets that Tehran has used to disrupt shipping and exert pressure on the U.S.

➡️ Unlike earlier phases of the conflict—which targeted sites deeper inside Iran—these new options would involve a more concentrated campaign around key maritime chokepoints. However, officials caution that strikes alone are unlikely to immediately reopen the waterway.

➡️ Additional options under consideration include strikes on dual-use infrastructure such as energy facilities to force Iran back to negotiations, as well as targeting individual Iranian military leaders and other “obstructionists” within the government who U.S. officials have recently suggested are actively undermining negotiations.

➡️ Renewed U.S. strikes would likely also target remaining missile systems, launchers, and production sites that were not destroyed in previous U.S.-Israeli strikes or have since been relocated.

Send me in, i can take em, all of them.
IRGC just released new security cam footage from the gulf shore

(Made this before i realized you were talking about thots but there's more than one way to take care of that problem)

In a normal universe this would be fair criticism but in clown world the reason presidents have to give such rigid timelines to begin with is because they know journalists are going to be such massive non stop faggots about it. In a sane world people would let the military do it's damn job (within reason) but vietnam era obsessed boomers who don't know the first thing about war just can't let go of the idea that they're fighting an evil empire with their heckin' reporting.

And even Nukes I could see getting punted.
Nukes are the entire reason Trump even cares about Iran in the first place. He's been autistically obsessed with them never obtaining nukes since the seventies.
He would give up the Strait and tell Europe to go fuck themselves before he'd give up on them being allowed to have nukes.

Good, let's get this shit over with.

"Bucko" reddit tier ragebait, my god you are a faggot. You really believe the U.S. couldn't spin up gallium production? It's shockingly easy to extract and purify, it just doesn't make economic sense to do it at this point. I guarantee you that if the U.S. was totally cut off from gallium imports domestic production would fill the gap in less than a year, probably less than 6 months.

(coincidentally exactly how I imagined Stud to look)
could not be more off base, included below is FAR more accurate to both how I look/see myself

also just to peel the curtain back a bit I searched "redditor indiana jones" and this came up right away, and beacuse it made me laugh I have to include both pictures the author of the post decided to put together, apparently the above is his latest version of the outfit, are you ready to see the original?

I said it in an earlier post that id like to work to cut back on the hostility between the "hardliners vs moderates" in here with myself as the example of the latter and you the former, we both love and support the USA as a nation against all comers do or die I would assume, our only point of difference is how difficult we each belive the us conquest of the whole world would be, not that we disagree its possible.

I want it done as economically, effective and safetly done and those 3 factors need to come before expediency so thats why im so critical about our long term strategic resource supply and when we rush into nigger jew wars of no real gain other than craters in the sand.
I wish you all would treat me as a pragmatist you disagree with and not a bumbling moron who is parroting ideas I dont understand, I get thease are complex topics and I sure as hell dont have it all figured out but all im doing (9/10) is raising the issue with well sourced documentation so shitting my pants and screaming that the sky is falling, sure ill bitch when a policy or geopolitical decision gets made I dont like but thats not like I see trump invade a 2nd rate desert nation and I go

"fuck it, time to be a communist" or whatever it is you guys think my ideology is, thats as close to a universally accepted "dipshit" mental framework, idk what you guys think my opinion is cause despite me often raising real and relevant concerns im mocked for using the word gallium to much or worse, SILENCED, for trying to educate people about WHY we were seeing footage of the al asque mosque being struck.

we dont always have to agree, I can handle the jokes at my expense and the down doots, I really can, If I could just make a request is to please do like jean did above where he is making small jabs at me but he does it while engaging with my ideas and willing to have the conversation, this dosent mean he agrees with me or even acccepts what im saying as logical but he respects me enough to belive its my genuine position as a fellow American and dismissing me having it just leads to us being easier to divide and conquer.

and to your point about if we COULD and if we will are 2 wildly different things

here is how long it takes to build an oil refinery according to edibleoilrefinermachine.com
1776993056072.png

so anything more specalized than that will take even longer and let me tell you, if you think an oil reinery put out pollution you aint seen nothing until you have seen a rare earth refinery.

so its very simple from a buisness point of view, who would risk 3-5 years before you can even being to start making your losses up in a country that is increasinlgy increasing it environmental restrictions, you could invest 75 million in a project and 2 years into it being built the liberals could win congress and pass a law with new emission standards and you standing there holding the bag and your cock.

alternatively you can buy the stuff already made and shipped to your factory ready to go for CHEAPER than any domestic product could EVER be due to chinas near slave labor and decades of lead time. all without the stigma of emissions
