I have no idea. In the mid 80s, the German army dumped their surplus army shirts in America and you could find them for sale in every Army/Navy store. The issue with it for me is that I just can't trust the authenticity of the photo until we actually get verification of it, the source for the image (in case you didn't know) is this dude called "the maga report" with a profile picture of charlie kirk and a banner of him and vance who prides himself on being "anti mainstream media" conveniently enough he retweets and seems to be affiliated with "sulaiman ahmed" based off his constant interaction with him who is well a river to the sea sandnigger.
I doubt it will be confirmed or addressed by anyone "official", certainly not the MSM. They already yanked his social media.

to be fair another issue of mine with it is that this man just so happened to get it from his instagram very quickly but couldn't bother to either give a link to said instagram page or screenshot said page to confirm that he's telling the truth.
