Also, I'm sure many people here know what home equity is, it would be the total assets minus total liabilities essentially the value someone has in their home.

Less people though might know about something called a HELOC, or a Home Equity Line of Credit.

What a HELOC allows someone to do is take a portion of their available equity out as a loan at a variable rate to pay for any number of things, including retarded coffee businesses.

In short, what we learn from Jer having to take out a second mortgage is that not only does he not have any cash in the bank, but also this fat smelly mother fucker doesn't even have money in his fucking Mcmansion sized house.

Jer isn't a millionaire, and he hasn't been for quite some time, if ever.
Being a millionaire would require someone to either have over a million dollars cash, or have a total asset value minus total liabilities of over a million dollars, and from all the shit Jer has done, I don't believe he has ever had a positive net worth north of a million dollars, because if he did, we would be seeing him move differently.

I have a theory that at one time he actually was a millionaire "on paper" but was too stupid to understand that didn't mean he could buy everything he wanted, all the time, proceeded to do exactly that, and royally fuck-up his financials probably beyond repair.

Every time Jer Jer Cuckly tries to sweep up things, be it Adam Sellers the Bull or his discord server being taken down, it only adds more fuel to the shit fire. Something smells awful here, and given the history of lolcows and their discord servers being full of CSAM, pornography, pedophiles, or degenerate shit, Jer Jer’s trying to sweep this avenue of attack up to cover his track. Either that or he had a channel in his server that organized false flag operations and he wants plausible deniability.

don't be TOO SURE that at least he wasn't worth it for a while.. most likely the huge sum came from some form of inheritance, possibly including a trust,, this flaggit HAS WAY TOO MANY behavioral similarities w/ nigkeita for it to be just a coinky dink..

he loaned out 1.25 million for the house and just over 400k for the 10 acres.. which btw.. seems a bit high even for "close in" property.. it's likely jere got taken to the cleaners on this deal too...

either way the 2nd mortgage has to be on the entire kaboodle.. house and land.. the fat shlub didn't come from some poor house, which might explain why he was able to land even an average wife. a middle aged man-child that's still into toys like kiddie cards is unlikely to be pulling out of the steep nose dive he's in..
