The literal cheapest option would be to order some physical fingerprint cards and an ink pad and roll your own. If you want a digital file I'm not positive what the cheapest option is, but national gun trusts will convert fingerprint cards to EFTs for $35. Capitol Armory will also give you EFTs for $35, but only if you're a previous customer. There might be a local place that can scan them for less, but I don't know what typical pricing is for that.any recommendations where or what I should do to get my fingerprinting done for NFA items for the cheapest possible price?
