Occupy wall street and the way the powers that be subverted that entire movement by sowing division with race/gender politics. And thinking back to that in current day, seeing what has happened the last 10 years it does make you think there is probably a high likelihood this was exactly that same tactic being used on a much larger scale. I've already thought these things were used to divide the normal citizens, but thinking of it in that context it really shows it's almost certainly what happened.

Money gets taken from your check gets taken to fund it up to a point. There's actually a maximum that your income gets taxed to, and past that you don't pay any higher despite making more money. It wouldn't completely fix the problem, but removing that rule would actually kick the whole "social security and medicare trust funds running out of money" thing decades down the road.

The younger generation have been paying insurmountable taxes which feeds into a security net to keep these fat fucks alive and breathing. They're a net negative on our healthcare system and on the real estate market because most of them are retarded nimby types. All the shitty zoning laws and rotting infrastructure is in part due to their pitiful existence.
Despite being kept alive by our taxes, they'll turn around to claim that we're ungrateful, we don't work hard, we're lazy, just work more. They blame us for not being able to afford property while they make idiotic suggestions like "move to this cheap shithole, just abandon all your friends, the connections you've made and the city you grew up in, because this buttfuck hicksville is cheaper, why don't you do that?" It's so infuriating. Anyone who's ever spoken to these types of people will feel the insatiable urges to bash their heads in with a gargantuan pool noodle. Why should younger people abandon the city they grew up in because property is unaffordable and fat fuck boomers are the reason councils can't approve more development plans, the government can't build new roads and a train network, just in case the shitbox they paid $15,000, now worth $2,500,000 goes down in value a little? They paid practically no taxes, yet they benefit from our tax money the most, while voting against our interests because MUH HEALTHCARE IS SOCIALISM/COMMUNISM/SOMETHING-ISM. Then when theirs are cut, they blame fucking Biden or Obama.
They're the most ungrateful class of people, not us. That's not to say they overwhelming support foreign intervention, endless wars, parasitic zionist lobbies, and think judeo-"christianity" is not a retarded oxymoron.

It reminds me of the people I see a lot who end up moving out to the desert for cheap housing but they end up having to sit in traffic for hours every morning and night because there's.....no surprise....no work out there. So they end up spending all that money they save with cheap housing on their gas and car because they keep working in the city.

Oh, I meant no offence to small towns, but you're absolutely right.
What completely enraged me was an exchange with some old fucking boomer. We were talking about real estate prices and how broken Australia's tax system was. He told us that we can just move to Orange or Bathurst where property is cheaper. These are two fairly nice towns but has no opportunities for my field of study. I contested his stupid idea and asked if he's done anything for the country's future while our taxes keep him breathing.
He then threw a fit about back in my days and how he had it so hard assembling machinery. Nobody asked him and it's not my fault that he's uneducated without a degree so he had to work as cattle in a factory like a little mule. The entitlement and selfishness was staggering. He was a nimby as well, opposing any development plans for housing and public infrastructure like new roads and public transport.
These people are beyond selfish.

So there is this little millionaire boomers retreat in South Africa called St Francois that is currently up in arms over a new power station being built in the area. Doesn't matter that the country is in an energy crisis, an unemployment crisis or in the next town over there is some of the worst poverty you've ever seen. Nope fuck all that because it would create an eyesore in their perfect paradise.
 
There are a lot of dumbasses that assume the only costs that matter are housing so yeah, just move an hour away to pay less on a house is leaving out a bunch of other factors. Imagine you are in year 10 having to make your two hour round trip drive yet again, more if it’s bad enough rush hour traffic. And it’s not like you will just only go to your gooncave; the weekends are full of running errands, which are more long drives. About 10-15% of your life will be on the road. Assuming you get eight hours of sleep and work only eight hours at your job, having only a couple hours of free time per day sounds hellish, especially if you have a family.

Plus thanks to Trump’s losing Iran War, the cost of gas is higher than ever. If you’re a migger thinking moving far away is baste, then you’re the type of migger to get the biggest trugg you can get. So yeah, factor in a couple tanks of gas refills too. You ain’t no bitch ass pussy driving an electric car. You need to roll coal to own da libs so assume over $100 in gas per week.

The true cost of living in a rural area is higher than people claim. The true cost are the opportunity costs of a big chunk of uncompensated windshield time, cost of fuel, cost of missing out on your kid’s sports games because you’re stuck in rush hour traffic, etc.

WFH was a good way to mitigate all that but our Benevolent Billionaire Buddies don’t like that so the one way to make life more affordable was cut short.

The reasoning is that anyone can post in uspg2. It's not technically exclusively pro trump. Only reason a majority of posters here don't post in there is that it's just a waste of time. You're arguing with retards who refuse to look at any perspectives but their own. That's the main reason I don't bother with it, no discussion to be had. I've had better arguments with users in this thread where I've learned shit and had to change previously held positions. But I can still post in uspg2 if I wanted to.
