You will note that all of these clips he's posting will have his panel making the salient legal points, and not himself.

Though he'll never admit it, his "success" in Depp and Rittenhouse was never as a result of any talent on his part. He leaned hard on the expertise and commentary of his panelists to achieve that success, and kept all the money for himself.

This is hardly a profound comment or anything, but...

My takeaway from this is that Nick was fine with Quartering flagging the KC clips channel, @elb, and Meme Copium, but Jeremy done fucked up (in Nick's view) by flagging his degenerate friend (Coomalot), who still invites Nick on his channel so the two can be degenerate fags together.

In fairness to Runkle, I also get the impression he wasn't buying the shit coming out of Nick's mouth.
