On April 30th, 2026, lolicon cuck grifter Chibi Reviews would make a Tweet whining about an artist VTuber named Mimi Yanagi getting arrested in the UK for possession of her own artwork. Now of course, your first instinct might be to assume that this is yet another example of the British state's totalitarian overreach and two-tiered justice where they harshly punish their own citizens for minor offences while turning a blind eye to Pakistani rape gangs. In fact, in his Xitter shitfit over this ordeal, Chibi even brings up this exact talking point when calling out the UK police.
However, if we look past the autistic seething of a cucked lolicon loser and take a closer look at this Mimi VTuber, you'll see that there's a bit more to it than just "hurr durr Yookay coppers bad innit". After a little investigation into the case, it was discovered that Mimi embodies every negative stereotype you can think of for VTubers. Mimi or Alexandra Williams (powerword: Jordan Williams) is a British NEET VTuber tranny. When Jordan is not seething on reddit about doing DIY castration and how he doesn't want to fuel the evil capitalist system by getting a job, he's also a furry femboy zoophile and has some of the most disgusting porn bookmarks on Pixiv imaginable (literally explicit references to child porn and pedophilia).
An important thing to ask though, is how does one come end up becoming a degenerate like Jordan? To answer this, we'll have to go a decade before he was ever "Mimi Yanagi."
Early Online History

Jacob's early online history is (mostly) not what you'd expect from how he is now. Jordan loved to get into arguements online about politics, his positions changed slowly over time from a depressed, vaguely centrist incel, to a Labour hating tranny communist. The only somewhat normal thing about him that could be found was his interest in card games.
The first known online activity from Jacob is a Xitter (A) account named FelixDawnstar, where he would rant about both sides of GamerGate.
He would later become briefly active in different comment sections of YouTube videos. He'd again argue about politics, but this time also about... MLP.
Jordan saw himself at the time as a Christian man. He also advises someone to go and punch bullies.
Although not much, his Xitter and YouTube comments give a baseline understanding of who Jordan is. Digging further into his online history, we can truly see his transition from a Christian man to one of the most porn addicted depraved people on the planet, starting with the Godless place known as Reddit.
Jordan has two Reddit accounts, u/CalebWolfgang, (active from September 2016 - June 2017) and u/NebulaMink (active from December 2019 to April 2020.) You can use this website to view all posts he's made on his accounts.
On his u/CalebWolfgang account he described himself as a "leftist of some sorts", bisexual, a "working class voter", critical of "business practises", advocate for minorities, and voted in "FAVOR of Brexit".
He also lists himself in 2017 as a 24 year old male who was going through depression with a family life. He says he has issues with his gender identity and wrote a long winded paragraph about his life (real) on r/depression with no comments.
He also talks about being a leftist and being suicidal from 16.
He also mentions that he was in a friendship with somebody. Her friends "started doxing me" and as a result had issues with women for years. Later, he admits he got revenge after emailing conversations to her parents. In this, she talks about her "fetishes for animals and underage boys". He says he got a "front-row seat for that shitshow, and it was GLORIOUS".
Before getting into his NebulaMink Reddit account he would make 2 years later, lets now take a look into what he was doing off of Reddit. Jordan's habit of commisioning artists did not start with his VTuber persona, but instead his dragon persona named "Nebula."

Jordan would commision most of his furry art on FurAffinity, which he had 2 accounts on. , CalebWolfgang (A) and NebulaMink, the first of which was active between 2016-2020, and NebulaMink being active for an unknown amount of time as it was deleted.
Something you can't see is his NSFW commisions, as you'd need an account to view them.

Going back to Reddit, lets look into his NebulaMink account. Browsing it you'll see hundreds of posts about UK politics, mostly in r/LabourUK and r/transgenderUK, but he has other posts in subreddits like "r/TERFisafetish" and "r/GenderCynical". He really hates the Labour party, despite it being his most commented on subreddit.
In one of the most Reddit comments I've ever seen, he refutes Capitalism by making a comparison to Doctor Who.
Posts on r/Feminism about how they became a tranny, and hate for J.K. Rowling.
Continuing onto this, he's autistic and has struggled with loneliness. Being "trans" and having transitioning as his goal gives his life meaning.
For a short period of time he engaged with flamewars against TERFs, celebrating a TERF subreddit being taken down, and "warning" a different subreddit that TERFs might be invading the subreddit.
By 2020 he already wanted an axe wound, he said he hasn't done it yet, because there's an actual process you have to do in order to get your genitals chopped off in the UK.
Jordan REFUSES to work so that the dirty capitalists don't gain profit from his work.

When looking through Jordan's Pixiv and Baraag profiles, something you'll immediately notice is that a sizable chunk of the porn in his favorites/followed artists involved animals. Not in any anthropomorphic furry way, straight up drawings of bestiality. To make it somehow even worse, the vast majority of these drawings also involved children along side the bestiality. Another thing you'll notice is that a lot of this art was commissioned by Jordan himself, involving his Mimi VTuber persona.

Still, a lot of people would defend this content as it's all "just drawings!" and no real children are involved, however, one of the artists which Jordan followed had drawings which was of a real child actress.
Stephanie is the name of a character from the children's TV show LazyTown, she was acted by 2 different actresses, both being underage when playing her role.
The Arrest

Before getting into Jordan's arrest, we first need to discuss the laws in both the UK and the US when it comes to the drawings Jordan both consumed and helped produce. The short answer is that lolicon is very illegal in the United States, and the United Kingdom followed America by banning lolicon. Furthermore, there is a history of so called "free speech warriors" defending child porn, and therefore America's current law against lolicon is carefully written to be fully and explicitly consistent with the 1st amendment. This means, if my interpreation of the law is correct, that all of the content that Jordan consumed and produced was illegal for 16 years, until, on April 20th, 2026, Jordan was arrested for possesion of child pornography. (A)
According to Jordan, he was forced to move his activities to a new SFW account, along with a name that his bail officers agreed to.
That's right, he used a troon name for this, and still called himself a "bratty imouto" on an account that had the eyes of law inforcement on it.
Jordan would post a few times on this account before deactivating it, all of his tweets are sympathy bait and in the third person.
The reaction to Jordan's arrest was immense, most people before this had 0 idea who Jordan was or the actual severity of the drawings which he owned/produced, causing many to believe that he was legitametly arrested over drawings of his VTuber model.
One of the best examples of this was a comment on the character sheet which Jordan comissioned, where a commenter says that Jordan was arrested over the character sheet. (A)

Those tweets combined have reached 18 MILLION, yet none of them actually said what was on Jordan's more NSFW accounts.

Now, onto the outright sweeping. KuroSekaiAnime posted a tweet saying Jordan was arrested for "suggestive art of [his] model," and using this as a call to action against the UK. (L) / (A)
Another user says that this situation has "exposed the asses of a lot of LARPers in the vtuber community." I guess drawings of small children getting raped by horses is Otaku culture..? (L) / (A)
A character designer for the original Street Fighter games even drew fan art for Jordan, of his VTuber model drawing in a notebook. (L) / (A)
For context of this next post, a person made a Reddit account to post about his wife supposedly being arrested for chibi drawings she made 10 years ago, many claimed this to be Jordan, however that is not true. This account was banned shortly after this post was made. (L) / (A)
A VTuber used this Reddit post which provides no proof, and conflated this post with Jordan's circumstances to say "someone got arrested over chibis and you all defend this shit." (L) / (A)
He went even further to correct "misinfo", stating that "[he] never drew anything," however he still commisioned artists to make this beastiality content with his underage character. (L) / (A)
You might notice that last talking point, saying that all porn is obscene, and that you can get arrested for it in the UK.
This almost exact talking point was used, of course, by Chibi Reviews just a few days prior.
Yes. Chibi is using this example of someone who was comissioning incest/pedophilic/zoophilic drawings being arrested to say that all VTubers who do NSFW content in the UK will be arrested.

Before, Jordan was an argumentive, depressed, lonely faggot online arguing about GamerGate. Over time, and as trannies started to gain more power online, he found new meaning in his life by sitting on his ass all day dreaming about being a woman, this derangement eventually lead him to becoming the ageplaying freak he is now, commisioning hundreds and hundreds of dollars to imagine himself as a little girl getting raped by horses and dogs.

@thhrang was able to scan this account with steamid.uk to see it's prior usernames.
These are all the usernames which were found in the OP, besides FelixDawnstar. That was found by @notorietus checking breaches for "FelixLovestar"
A connection between his NebulaMink, StardustFae, CalebWolfgang usernames is that they all had an interest in card games.
The connection between his Felix alias and card games come from a now deleted account on CardMarket which was named "FelixLovestar," found thanks to @Avenue and @neu
