Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

Random thought I had... I wonder why Iran never published the feed video of their successful strike that killed the 6 soldiers. They are so desperate for wins that they AI videos about planes being hit, pilots being captured, ships being blown up. And yet their solitary actually successful lethal hit of the war they sit on. Maybe they are afraid some Ukraine style ACK video would do more harm than good and galvanize the American public for gloves off revenge, but that would only really make sense if the Iranian government were sober calculating pragmatists which if they were they would not be in this position in the first place.

Afaik it was a series of drone attacks. Maybe I'm just crazy and they were missiles instead?
They just don’t have one from the air strike because it got shot down and didn’t make it back.

Why the hell would Witkoff continue this charade? Is it a pride thing? Does he not want to admit these people are impossible to make a deal with?
It's because Witkoff is a real estate goon.

Real estate types generally emphasize "the deal" as the win condition in of itself. The goal is to bring two sides to an agreement so everyone gets their share. On paper this makes people like Witkoff excellent negotiators and able to bridge gaps better than traditional and sometimes inflexible "my doctrine paper says" state dept. types.

In practice though, "private sector"/real estate goons become problematic because they operate with the implicit bias that everyone is a parity party with similar goals in mind. Witkoff and others like him have a hard time truly understanding the concept of "enemy", and don't see the other side as a hostile faction that needs to be beaten but rather just the other party on the other side of the table.

It's very very different than the sort of "and then all the people across the world hold hands and sing kumbaya" bullshit they pumped down our throats in public school - but it almost comes to a "horseshoe" effect with the end result being the same.

Simply put, even if we were facing Heinlein's Arachnids you'd have Witkoff going "okay but give me one more chance to make a deal, I just know we can cut a sweet deal!"

I'm still wondering why they never published footage of shooting down that F-15E.
Could be afraid that would give the US an insight into their methods. I guess that could be an explanation for both really. But Hezbollah releases their drone feeds routinely, and its not like Iran has some super secret magic drones that they can't reveal. Who knows.
Random thought I had... I wonder why Iran never published the feed video of their successful strike that killed the 6 soldiers.
So with the F-15E it's strange because it's likely the shoot-down was within visual range. Even if the footage were really bad "these six pixels are the launch, this 2-3 pixel dash is the exhaust, and these 10 pixels are impact" you'd expect something.

There is a very small chance it was done with a beyond visual range SAM, but this would have required a big pulsing radar to detect the F-15E.
There's also a small chance the F-15E was flying low enough and slow enough that Iran's weird "loitering SAM" got a hit.

The attack on the US base I can understand because it's likely the drones used were longer ranged using some form of "GPS"/GNS guidance.

The reason we get so much footage from Ukraine is because of the ranges and guidance types. Most of what we see in Ukraine is troops and vehicles on both sides getting ack'ed within 10-20km of the "zero line", with the occasional deeper footage of shit like Russian S-400's or Ukrainian MiG-29 catching impacts from specific models (i.e. Lancet, Bulava).
What you almost never see is first-person hits on Kiev or Moscow. If you do, it's usually from bystanders watching shit go down rather than the munitions themselves. Spiderweb was the exception because it was basically an infiltration op using short-range FPVs rather than long-range one-way attack drones, where the drones were all launched from within 10km or so from the airfields.

I don't know the launch point of the drone(s) that killed six troops were, but if it were a GPS/GNS one-way attack drones it's unlikely you'd get the same kind of video feed of the impact.

Could be related to the commander of the Israeli Air Force retiring, there were some IAF formation flyovers of Jerusalem earlier for that occasion
Israel doesn't have F-22s.

When the blockade was announced and two thirds of this subhumanly retarded thread hailed it for an 11/10 brilliant, tactical move , it was already absolutely obvious to anyone not MAGA brained that , sooner or later, the US was going to have to go back to war.

Ehhh, and then what?
This retard does a course correction each time a MAGA influencer posts a sad emoji to complain about the price of gas. Now oil is gonna spike way up, plus he will have the gulf states breathing down his neck.

This is retarded and a sure sign Trump is just afraid to go back to war. (which he will have to do anyway)

Now, by virtue of his own cowardice and abject stupidity, Trump has given Iran time to restructure their command and control, dig out and reposition their drones and missiles, and given them the conviction necessary to go on resisting, They now know that pressure works, and that the Americans are truly weak and no longer have the stomach for a prolonged fight.
It is also likely that the Iranians have used this opportunity to substantially mine the strait and prepare for a US ground invasion, which would be required if America plans on guaranteeing safe passage without a peace deal.

Now odds are this war ends with Iran being allowed to keep enriching uranium and the US paying them reparations by way of sanction relief.

What the fuck is trump waiting for. Fucking weak ass motherfucker.
The only logical thing I can come up with is that he doesn't want to strike Iran when Iran is expecting the strike because they'll likely load up the places on the target list with civilians again. So even if he does intend to strike, it's not going to be today, tonight, probably not even tomorrow unless it's not power plants and shit that we go after.

Its likely they are firing a bunch of shit at our boats we are just intercepting it and keeping it quiet for now. This makes it look like they are just attacking random arabs. We didn't even report sinking their boats until much later after it happened. Imagine your great attack ends up a simple footnote in a press conference.
So much for all the pre-war hype about how Iranian ballistic missiles will be sinking carriers and sending tens of thousands of sailors to an underwater grave.

Iranian speedboats are doing intensive patrols.

I want footage of Predator drones and AH-1Z Cobra helicopters fucking murdering these shit asses.

It's kind of bizzare this would happen because UAE had 2-3 months to set up anti drone system in the country. 99% chance they just let this happen.
I'll take "what is a saturation attack?" For $500 Alex

If you bothered to actually read this thread you would have known most of us also knew, and looked forward to, just that.

Honestly we will have little choice without a way to counter Iranian time-traveling saboteurs. Our one remaining hope is that MKULTRA can recapture their escapee StudMccool. If they can get him back to Camp Hero, strap him into the Montauk Chair, and inject him with enough gallium to send him back in time to fight the Iranians, we have a chance.
