"Ugly" features can work, but there should be some kind of sincerity behind them.

Also, that's a gross imitation of Frazetta's Conan. Those bright colors don't match with the content, for one. They look like Wikihow guide drawings.

Frazetta's work is kind of an ironic thing for that to mock. One Google search of "frazetta women" can tell you he had no problem drawing women with realistic bodies with stomachs; and even the most submissive barbarian arm candy has a hint of defiance and feminine strength in her eyes. Though I suppose it's sexist now to portray women who aren't landwhales as sexy.

I'm pretty sure it's a joke being made by the right character. Neither of them are women, and I don't think this artist headcanons them as trans. They did however racebend the one on the right and fuck up all his teeth.

Why do they always draw freckles like blemishes? Sometimes people have a light dusting. Hell, sometimes people only have three or four on their nose and nowhere else. But freckles in these drawings are always everywhere and exaggerated.
