The only things I used inspect for was the font color, background color, text contents and deleting elements like the sponsored post to make space. Everything else was done manually in image editing software.

I don't actually know much about HTML and couldn't for the life of me figure out how to make the banner how I wanted it to look, so I just used paintbucket and other tools on a screenshot multiple times.

Damn, I've already been outdone! Your style kinda reminds me of the intentionally dated aesthetic of this much smaller (slightly trooncoded) forum called Agora Road.
I mean, it’s an intentional shitpost series. You could argue the core concept dooms it to outlive its welcome, but that core concept was always the punchline.
