They definitely can appear to if they're following the lines of a body that isn't posed perfectly straight which, as a skintight garment, is what they should be doing.

Twitch streamers getting money from kids feels even scummier than a toy company targeting children with advertising. The toy company expects the parent to pay for the toy after their kid bothers them for it enough, but once it's bought the transaction is over. The kid donating to Twitch is most likely using their parent's credit card, and is probably doing it without telling them. The kid could donate however much they want before they get caught by their parent.

This of course doesn't apply to man-children that donate, who deserve to lose any money they have.

How many people out there have these random charges on their cards and simply allow it to keep happening?
