For what its worth aside from being old that PandaLee image also looks to have had a little touching up in the boobs area, bikini straps don't just weave inward and then outward.
They definitely can appear to if they're following the lines of a body that isn't posed perfectly straight which, as a skintight garment, is what they should be doing.

She was like 15 in that pic, calm down.
Also this.

There are two versions of the game. One is explicit, and the Steam version has the girls dressed in underwear rather than being naked, so not sure if that would be banned. HCS has no nudity but it does have pimping and STDs and was allowed on YouTube so it's possible Phil would think it's fine to play.

I took it upon myself to make a more accurate version of Phil's new 'Manga DSP' merch design (edited to include @El Porko Fako's suggestion):

They're both specifically listed on the twitch adults only list.

Then later this week - "Folks, I just am really in a bad spot here financially. If things don't turn around immediately I am going to lose my house, my livelihood, all because of those fucking assholes who want to destroy me and my business. *septum-bending snort* I really could use your funds, right now. Please."

Maybe it's a really bad attempt at humor? He was just making fun of fidget spinners not too long ago.

Of course, backtracking on something and not acknowledging it is right up his alley.
Ahh I see. Normally, individuals use "lol" or the ever-handy /sneed when they are making an ambiguously sarcastic statement.
Phil buying a boat load of useless items does not seem out of the realm of possibility, given his storage closet's contents.

Twitch streamers getting money from kids feels even scummier than a toy company targeting children with advertising. The toy company expects the parent to pay for the toy after their kid bothers them for it enough, but once it's bought the transaction is over. The kid donating to Twitch is most likely using their parent's credit card, and is probably doing it without telling them. The kid could donate however much they want before they get caught by their parent.

This of course doesn't apply to man-children that donate, who deserve to lose any money they have.

How many people out there have these random charges on their cards and simply allow it to keep happening?
