They basically only exist to do Jingle Jam at this point. Only good things after they fired Sjin and Turps were the Ben & Tom Warhammer streams ( which stopped) and a short Yogslab series. They still do other stuff, but I rarely feel like checking it out.
The first 'season' of High Rollers was decently entertaining and a solid alternative to CriticalRole until the Asian chick decided to make the whole series about herself. Trott was a rare DnD player who could role-play well but also knew the mechanics of the game. The bit where he tries to smoke out that one guy and accidentally burns his house down and kills him, only for the dude to return later as a revenant for revenge was actually great GM-player work.

Then Mark like...soft trooned out and I decided maybe watching homosexuals play DnD wasn't for me anymore

Still. It wasn't anywhere near as good as the ancient YogPod DnD sessions where they just spent like 3 hours bullying Hannah.

That might be the case, but I never got the appeal of all those D&D shows that various YouTube channels started to do.
He full trooned a few weeks ago, he's now "Mara"
I saw that on Reddit, thought it was a joke for a second and then remembered which year it is.

Yogscast like many other old channels are just caught in and endless spiral of decline until its over. Troons, whores and self-censorship.

I removed Pale Garden Update and loaded up a new creative world and it fixed the texture bug, but because there's pale garden content from the bungus mod already loaded in my main world, removing the mod wont allow the world to load.

Is there any way to fix this in my current world beyond the mod author applying a fix?
Try reloading undiscovered chunks with MCA Selector? That can't touch your base, unless you want it destroyed, but you can probably get rid of the affected blocks pretty easily in that one area and redo the rest there. It'll change your world, but it should get rid of the bungus entities.

On an unrelated note, I have finally fine-tuned my pack enough to make it playable... only to be met with the unfortunate reality that MCA applies tits to your player model if you install it and choose to spawn in as a female. This gels very poorly with the skin I chose for my account when I was six years old. :story: :story:
Thank god there's a pure vanilla option that lets you get rid of that stuff. There was no way in hell I'd keep playing MCA if it made me look like a fucking furry 24/7.

This might work?
Only problem is the affected firefly bushes are spawned like fucking everywhere, so I'd probably have to manually remove them all by hand first (fortunately that texture glitch would make them very easy to find) while somehow making sure no new chunks are generated with them in it. Is there a way to like, turn off new chunk generation?

Then maybe use that tool to yank out the pale forest biomes that have already spawned?

Im not opposed to this but the firefly bushes seem like a real problem

Decided to leave the firefly bush problem for another day and trudge onward.

The brewery is starting to oxidize nicely and I got a little temple type thing build for Ars Nouveau enchanting.

Also got a little happy ghast! Kinda useless with the mobility options you get from Ars, but he livens the place up a bit.

Got a little rough path carved out for the temple, looks nice and cozy at night. Maybe once I've got a few more buildings in and the place looking a little better I'll record a walk through and show it off better.

Might try building a proper house-house next, I've got most of my crap crammed into the windmill building and it's starting to get a little crowded in there.

Feel free to give me ideas for things to build, I have a habit of cramming everything into one building so I'm trying to spread different mods/farms out to different dedicated spots this time. Probably doesn't hurt performance either.

It's not fun to do if there's only one hazard. Now, when one introduces unprotected cables and numerous blast chambers...
Surprisingly I havent been hurt by it yet. The mechanical saw on the other hand...I've lost some toes.
It also has a clutch to turn it off when I'm not using it so there's an ad-hoc loto system in place.

Even thought video ends with fucking teaser for 2nd part and that the server is pure trash it really is interesting how ?creative? players can get to make all this shit (not only programming bots from the 0 but revamping the minecraft world saving mechanism to use less space)
And if you want to view it in person on server:
"Viewing Server IP (1.21.4): wayback.2b2t.place"

Someone is making a dedicated IDE for Datapacks. The video is a few months old, but I'm just learning about this right now.
Right now it's only available for paid supporters, but it's supposed to go free & open source once it's completed.

There is probably a total of like, 2 people here who are probably interested in this, but I do a bit of messing around with datapacks in my spare time, so this is pretty cool to me. If you've ever tried making a datapack yourself, you have probably wished for something like this while juggling VSCode, Minecraft, Blockbench, and like 3 different tabs for online generators. I think they're paywalling dev updates which is gay but i still think its worth paying attention to.
