Right but this is his 4th lolsuit and the 2 precious lolsuits that went to trial - both in this same exact courtroom - ended in epic lol proportions.

It's important to note that the Swift lawsuit was immediately dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and yet the judge allowed him to argue his case regardless. Then picked apart his argument piece by piece and shat down Russ' throat.

The lolsuit before that ended in a restraining order against Russ.

I anticipate similar backfiring today.

It's the same courtroom, and same defense attorney.

I hope that is indeed the case. Just like I hoped chris would get more than a slap on the wrist, and that Phil would get a tard wrangler to control his tardbux, and neither happened. That being said Nick Bates did go to jail, so sometimes our autistic wishes do come true. I just never count on it.

I'm waiting for the facebook meltdown after. I fully expect him to puss out and walk away with his tail between his legs from court without making a scene.

There might be another lawyer. I think I overheard her saying she was here for it. I wish I could convey the utter disdain with which she said it. I *think* the people who work here might know about this because I could have sworn that one of them she'd the guy at the metal detector of "the monkey" was here yet, and he didn't know what he was talking about and they went in an office for a minute. Maybe to show him something online? This is all speculation. I don't know if that's what he said. I want expecting them to talk about it said I want paying attention.
