Jerry literally talk like someone and really is that person, who've seen like 5 old anime and then just called the entire medium garbage. I mean he doesn't have to like the medium, but he's still talking as if he knows the medium at all with his low amount knowledge on it. Which is ironic, because I've seen more complex, balance, and engaging battle systems in anime then in any other medium, and Jerry's battle system fails in comparison to even the most basics of these things. And if you actually read up on the story, the Val'kry are really god-like beings and the main character, I think Matthew, is literally just god cause he unlock the true intent of all magic or some other dumb thing and boom, all powerful. Jerry just made a garbage superman at this point, where the only way to beat this character is not by any skill, but by contrivance after contrivance and when the plot needs him dead. You can't get invested with any of these battles because, one the characters are garbage and really no point in following them at all, and two the Val'kry and especially Matthew are just so over powered, that their only enemies are contrivances really.

Jerry's got a very biased mind. He seems to hate anime for some reason, and he seems to hate Valve for just as much reason.

We know he's probably never played or watched either of these to be really fair to them (Long ago, Josh called Jerry out for making a review of TF2 after logging less than ten hours into the game, and called it 'unfair')

Chances are, he's probably only ever watched one anime, and rather than adopt a neutral 'It's not my thing' kinda stance, he has to go out of his way to call it garbage whenever he can. Indifference is apparently not something Jerry can muster.

What's sad is there is one anime he seems to enjoy, and that's Cardcaptor Sakura. But even then, he only enjoys the shitty 4kids dub. It's like he wants to go out of his way to shit on Japan's biggest cultural import, despite the fact that he claims to love learning about the country's culture and history.

I can't be the only one who thinks this quote is a little suspect, right? Like, what did he mean by this?

Rebecca Sugar is a bad person because she based a character/character arc (one that Jerry doesn't like, mind you, that bit is very important) off of her own personal experience? In an abusive relationship, at that?

Here I thought Jerry was support to love and support women. And here he is saying that everything about her is shit because she made a story that Jerry didn't like. That's like saying everything Walt Disney created is automatic shit because he was an anti-semite. The only difference here is that Sugar has never said or done anything inflammatory, just made a story teaching against using violence as a be-all-end-all means of retaliation, or, as Jerry so sanctimoniously put it: "REBECCA SUGAR TAUGHT KIDS THAT PUNCHING A NAZI MAKES YOU A NAZI".

His wording being hyperbolic, of course.

If that's what he means by this, then I don't know what can be said about his evident sociopathy that hasn't been said already.

IIRC Jerry doesn't hate furries because it was a furry that dragged him "kicking and screaming" out of the 'closet'.

Also, I assume it's because it's popular to dislike furries, and Jerry has to be against the norm.

But the fact that he watches MLP isn't really the biggest thing that makes him a cow, it's his pornfics, sociopathic tendencies, constant Trump a-logging, and edgier-than-thou opinions.
