Because this artist has cropped up numerous times and we're not even 5 pages into this thread. Seems like whoever is behind that art would be a weirdo worth looking into, either for their own depraved interests or the fact that they have no qualms being commissioned to draw weird fetishes.

Honestly? I'm not exactly sure. Maybe it's because the furry community is more open and accepting (to a fault; see also: zoophiles and pedos like Roketsune) than other communities.

There are, of course, places outside of the main veins of the furry community where you can get away with shit like that. InkBunny, for instance, is pretty much patient zero diaper zone.
