The art in the "tits and Gary stu" comic above looks somewhat decent to me (even if the style is more abstract and isn't exactly realism). It's certainly better than a lot of stuff posted in this thread. Also, I think the no nipples thing is just a form of censorship, like you see in animu sometimes.
