Good luck with that one Blizzard. I'm sure replacing the GabeNs, Notches, and CliffyBs on the job and replacing them with Laura Kate Dales, Briana Wus, Zoe Quinns, Anitas, and Remembrancer Bexes will certain pay off.

They should try blind CVs where you don't mention your name, gender or anything like that.
Also do trans people count as women because if so I know a lady who has experience in CCGs

Metzen almost destroyed WoW with his Horde fanboyism and Marty-Stu self insert known not-so-affectionately as "Green Jesus". In the most recent expansion, an Elven Kingdom had their leader become a puppet of the Legion, the resistance fights back, lead and organized by the affluent nobles, with one of them saying at the end of the repeatable quest. "They didn't realize they were on the wrong side of history"

Isn't hiring based on checking arbitrary quotas kinda racist/sexist in of itself? That kinda has the underlying meaning that women and non whites aren't able to get a job based on their own personal merits.
