I'd be perfectly fine with Osana just being a total bitch, because then Alex could display a contrast between how she treats everyone else and how she treats Senpai (and possibly some other close friends) in order to play up the 'childhood friend' angle. Heck, he could actually just go all-out and make her an antisocial thug (although we've got the delinquent for that) who treats Senpai like he's made of cotton candy and glass. Possibly because she's just naturally abrasive and rude, which made people hate her, which made her angrier, and so on and so on, but with Senpai they've known each other since they were kids etc etc.
Sadly, though, she'll go on as a walking tsundere stereotype who isn't even a tsundere. Well done, Alex, you take an opportunity to write something at least somewhat original (or at least, not cliche) and throw it away because your hateboner prevents you from making Osana a character.

Rin is a tsundere, though not enough that she'd come into my mind to base a tsundere character on her. For that Maki (Love Live) works a bit better, I think. Or Ayano (Yuru Yuri) but I doubt Alex has watched them...
Barely big busty boobies and no character I remember had pink hair. :/

If anyone can run the game and see if he actually fixed the bugs that would be great.
Also I can't tell if that grey bit under her skirt is a really weird shadow or YanDev's request that YanChan's panties be visable.
Also why is her right arm and hand so much bigger in comparison?

Anatomy issue aside, I actually really like this style. Got both eastern and western influences and doesn't look incredibly sexualised for once.

What is interesting to me are the comments... people are like "Wow we have made so much progress on Osana I'm so glad we aren't stuck anymore! Yay progress on Osana! Amazing job we love you Yandere Dev!"
...Uh. Did I miss something? So just because he begins the post saying "I've been working on Osana" that means we have made a bunch of progress on Osana and Alex isn't stuck in this purgatory of infinite "bug fixes" rather than making any actual headway in the development of the game? Right... but yeah, Alex says he's been working on Osana. So shit your pants everybody, and pretend this "new build" isn't just some pointless changes to things that don't actually matter. Commence eye rolls.

What's wrong with it? Looks kind of stiff to me, but it's okay.
There hasn't been a major update since the beginning of the year, so they're pretty desperate for new content. At this point, any additions to the game means "progress" to them.

It wouldn't be surprising if Tiny Build is putting pressure on him to hurry up, and to make them think he's making a lot more progress than he actually is, Alex is now putting out more "updates" that fix very minor bugs.
On a related note, out of the bug fixes, there's only one change that's worth mentioning, and it's the bucket over a doorway mechanic that doesn't look good. The animation is completely off (somehow Kokona gets hit with water when she's barely in the splash range), and if someone fills the bucket with gasoline, it falls to the ground and only spills out if Ayano crouches.
Sometimes when you fill the bucket with weights or something like that it bounces off the ledge of the roof away from the drop zone. It's kinda funny and no one reacts to a flying bucket of weights falling from the roof.

I kind of see these reactions as part and parcel, it always happens. But dissent and disappointment is started to trickle into the fandom. Some fans are started to resent YD. The only way this game can't end up in disaster is if YD actually learned to take criticism. He's just too sensitive, can't take the heat. Top that with an ego, pretty bad. The only way to surpass his autistic past and make a name for himself that isn't a total cringefest, like finishing his trainwreck of a game before people get bored.
