He seems utterly baffled by motivating people to pledge, so I am interested in exactly how big the gap is between what he thinks it will take and what it would actually take.

Simply create a new Twitch account and add a number to the end of your username. Start at 1 and keep going if need be.
No groveling to mods required.

I'm eagerly awaiting the day Phil calls into the Dave Ramsey show asking for financial advice only for him to not disclose how much money he makes due to his "contract with Curse", download his budget app, praise it on his weekend preview, then never use it again and and say budget apps don't work for his business model. I only say this because every time Phil talks about his financial woes on a video or stream, Dave Ramsey's vids constantly show up in the related column, meaning that Phil is actively tagging his videos with words like "finances" and "money".

1) A friend suggested him to me, and I watched about an hour and thought he was funny (he was playing a fighting game I can't remember what) and I liked the chat too
2) I donated 10 pounds when he was on nyx avatar on persona 3 because it is my favorite game and I wanted him to see the ending). At the end ken diarhaned the whole boss and he rage quit, and so I turned against him
3) Tier? I don't understand
