He's got an excuse for every situation... Why is he such a fuck up? Because his mom abandoned him when she looked into his dead eyes and little baby gaping maw.
Why is he such a cunt to people? He has anxiety. Give me a break. He uses these excuses with abandon. Anyone who has suffered from severe anxiety will look at his situation and be disgusted that he's using such a crippling disorder for his own nefarious scemes. He gets more sickening by the day. Good luck to any that accidentally walk into his wake. I feel sorry for whomever he's conned into letting him stay with.
I can see that ending up with another restraining order, he may end up with one from his last place with the way he's been blasting the people who graciously took him in this last time.

Literally every notable artist of any medium with agency representation has built into their agency contract a strict clause of refusal of any unsolicited materials. There is a reason for this that has been rehashed a million times in this thread (protection from legal liability from lawcows who might sue after the fact alleging that their materials were infringed upon).

As an attractive person, I'm filing a lawsuit against Russ for discrimination. He has made representations that he tries to woo attractive people. He has not sent me a PowerPoint deck or crude "comic book", nor has he ever offered me any gift cards to Starbucks.

I have relied on these representations and today, I did not have money for my shit water from Starbucks thanks to Russ.

Yeah, an unhinged rant written by somebody with an IQ that makes him unfit to execute, and which will be read by a grand total of zero people ever, is definitely the exact same thing as a sure to be successful pop album from a beloved celebrity who is barely aware of Russell's existence.

I kind of wonder if Russ' disconnect from reality would count as psychosis myself. I mean he's not having full-on hallucinations, but he's the most far removed from reality cow I've seen...save for the full-on schizophrenic John Bulla (sexually).

I really didn't think Russ was THAT far gone until I read his latest (edited) post. I thought he was delusional, into celebrities to try to get himself famous and get a hot lay, but I didn't really think he thought they were sending him messages.

But reading what he said about Taylor, her "actions, words, subtle invitations, her personality," that he believes were beckoning him to reach out to her, his idea that she would do "the right thing" for HIM, not to mention that the family "hated" him, well, I'm starting to think he's crossed the line and is now truly an erotomaniac stalker, and probably a danger.

He has zero idea that she doesn't know who he is, know he's sued her or sent her a song and is writing a book about her. He thinks she knows him. He does think there is communication there.

I don't know how losing a court case about Ariana Grande turned into a Taylor Swift obsession, but it clearly did. Yes, erotomania, that edited Facebook post fits it perfectly.

He's posting weird stuff on her fan page and eventually, he'll be hiding on her property. Thank goodness it's Taylor Swift and not some poor Instagram model. Swift has the resources to have this dealt with safely without her even knowing what's going on, unlike a 19 year old college student. Fortunately, fame is part of Russes overall obsession, not just pretty looks.

I am thinking I'll get this book. I hate to give the dude money though. If I do,, I'll share "excerpts" so nobody else has to pay. I'm curious how he is going to put this story together, and how much his mental illness will show.

Also curious if Swifts team will do anything. It clearly won't hurt her career-doesn't there have to be damages to make a legal case? Maybe a lawyer can chime in...

Defends whether it's defamatory per se, i.e. accusations of criminal behavior, unfitness at career, sometimes sexual misconduct, or having a vile disease.

Also, it could constitute stalking and harassment, depending on exactly what he's putting in it. Or threats.

Can't really say without knowing what the contents are.
