The diploma rather looks like you have partaken in a Sea Rescue course. Which makes sense since Scandinavian Star incident. Which also makes sense that Norwegian government paid you the course because traumatic events, publicity stunt and public guilt.

Serving in an army gives you a diploma with a sharpie and a medal which doesn't tell you the unit, your place of service, and the like. I think you should really answer the questions mentioned above. All jokes about Norwegian Army aside, but serving in any army should have tought you a lesson for life.

Well you collecting Nazi paraphernalia, wearing Nazi uniforms and supporting fascist beliefs (especially the out of date extermination of an entire race / genocide / Herrenmenschendenken), so that makes you a Nazi in my book. I know other people collect nazi stuff (Lemmy Kilmister RIP from Motörhead had the largest collection outside of Germany, including Hitler's Leibstandarte and even dressed up as Hitler for a Slayer concert, just an example), but they didn't want to gas the jews, homosexuals, and people disagreeing with them.
