I'd assumed he just found that money TBH. Weren't there like some Kuwaiti dinars or something in there? I haven't seen many places outside of airports that would exchange such a small amount of currency and you know he didn't go to an airport kiosk.
Speaking of which, do any kiwis know if Phil has ever been on a plane? He seems to do all his travel by bus but I'm guessing that's because he's can't afford to fly.

Nha he bought it but he also changed it back like most things with Phil it was a prop for a photo OP, he buys into a a lot of the more Alex Jones lefty news so OMG PETROL DOLLAR COLLAPSING NEXT WEEK gives him a stubby and if he's just been or about to be paid he'll do something because he thinks it's a popular idea not because it's a good idea, when he got the dinars and sucking Sterling it was an odd occasion for him because it wouldn't cost him anything in the long run and he returned it for a refund.
Not as far as I am aware, he does the Bus between cities mostly because it's cheap, I don't think it's ever occurred to him to fly but I'd love him to go through a TAS pat down with the stupid amount of pepper spray and blunt knifes he has but only if I could watch.

I don't think he has ever been on a plane, (one more thing that Chris did that Phil didn't).
Also would his John Mccain drawing he got investigated over possibly put him on a no fly list? or at the very least be on some sort of list somewhere?
