He just started getting emotional because he started recording a non-match (the other player disconnected). He lost his composure a bit over it, then said the game was terrible and shit.

And then he went straight back into playing it.

People like Phil are why I treat sodas like... Well... Treats, maybe once or twice a half-month.

I drink a soda per lunch and dinner max, and days when I have two I feel like trash. And that's on top of drinking almost a gallon of water a day.

I don't think I've burped the way Phil does once in months, I literally can't remember the last time I've burped more than a quiet one.

He has some fucked health issues.

Asked DSP earlier during the stream if he would make a Patreon goal to be in his auto-host on Twitch. His response: No, because Patreon would consider that a business transaction and doesn't allow that.

WTFBruh

I unironically think that he is borderline retarded now, so I'm glad someone with his subhuman intelligence can at least get this far in life.

Seriously, doods, someone's not helping!

I unironically think that he is borderline exceptional now, so I'm glad someone with his subhuman intelligence can at least get this far in life.

Borderline? Darksydephil is like the fucking Usane Bolt of being exceptional. He crossed the finish line when he was fucking born.

I seriously put more faith in Chrischan to not burn his own house down, and that's saying a lot given he already burnt it down once.

I have no idea how DSP has even survived this long. Financial survival is one thing, but he sounds like he'd need to use his entire brain power to operate a lightswitch.

I'm not that into Patreon and I don't actually know how it works, so can anyone explain how this is happening? Are some of his patreons actually deleting their pledge or there is something that I'm missing?
Eitherway I'm so happy it's dropping so hard

Basically from what I know Patreon charges supporters (read: Phil's "customers") at the end of the month. During his last 16 emergencies people raised their pledges so he would get more money, and now they've lowered them either back to what they were, or to lower amounts.

It's possible they'll raise again before the end of the month or lower even further. Or if he puts enough of a pity party on, then some moron might come and increase their pledge significantly.

TL;DR the amounts don't really matter until Patreon decides to actually charge DSP's "customers" at the end of the month.

No they were charged the second they pledged.

It works like this: https://patreon.zendesk.com/hc/en-u...charged-immediately-Will-You-Charge-Me-Again-

After your initial immediate charge, all following charges will take place on the 1st of each month. If you become a patron to a creator towards the end of the month, this might come across as a double charge; but the initial charge acts as payment for the month in which you became a patron and the next payment is for the month following.

If you decrease your pledge amount to a creator who is charging up front, you are not charged right away when you lower your pledge amount. The new pledge amount will be reflected when your pledge renews at the beginning of the next month.

Oh ok, that makes sense. Thank you. Anyway I was watching for an infograph about his entire time on Patreon (dunno if it was arleady posted, scuse me if it was) and I found it pretty interesting

It's amazing how he managed to convince so many people to pledge, really.

Can you imagine it? DSP feels a twinge of rage building up inside him. Sweat caresses the sweet curves of his C cup moobs while the pits on his poverty, tan, gaming shirt are stained a permanent shade of dirty grey.
DSP lets loose a triage of the typical DSPisms while that twinge moves to his left arm, slowly up his arm and into his chest. The stream chat goes nuts and spam, "BUGGED HEART MECHANICS", "NUTHIN I CUD DO DOOD" and the usual shit post.
DSP hits the floor, a cloud of dust and shame form a mushroom cloud as his massive, blubberous form hits the deck. The SoK then covers his untimely death with a 3 hour special explaining why they will miss him and how it was completely normal, and healthy to wrap their lives around his.
Phil undoubtedly has no earthly idea what his health numbers are as I would wager it's been 10 years since he's had a physical by a doctor.
The constant intake of processed take-out and frozen food means his cholesterol is most likely off the charts.
Also, the SoK would have a 30 hour podcast if Phil did a Redd Foxx on livestream. Complete with disingenuous crying and fervent tales of how they all really loved him.
