He's managed to skirt the law a couple of times. In 2010 he was charged with felony DUI he got it dropped down to a misdemeanor in a plea deal. He served 45 days in jail for that. In 2000 he was convicted of a couple of misdemeanors and served a few months in jail. My guess would be he will serve some jail time but no more than 6 months to a year.
